Staff should be educated on the products they sell since they are all beauty products they sell! Went into store for a curling iron and the associate had no clue about curling irons. Instead she handed me a pamphlet about them, not her expert opinion. Then when I asked her if they carried 1 1/4" barrel curling irons she looked at me like i had two heads. Sure enough they had many with that dimension. As a person in retail myself, I think a store like this needs to educate their employees with the products they are selling in the store. When she went to check me out she also had no clue of the promotion going on. Other cashier had to tell her.

The lady working the register when I checked out there today was SO Rude and condescending! I went to check out a couple boxes of color that dont need developer but was also purchasing a small bottle of developer along with them, for my own reasons. She told me these dont need it, in a not exactly helpful tone. So I said I know but I still want it. She then proceeded to ask me " When did you graduate beauty school?" Are you kidding me?!!

Went in for hair products and I have dreads..... Guess what they had what I wanted and staff was nice and knowledgeable. Would definitely go back.
