We bought a pre order Star Wars Movie in this store. We have the receipt, but the manager told us we need the voucher. The cashier when we bought the movie on 3/8/16 didnt give us the voucher. On 4/1716, came out pick the movie the manager "LEWIS LEWICHI" refuse to give us the movie because we didnt have the voucher.. But we the RECEIPT, told him we were never given a VOUCHER by the cashier name NICHOLAS D. Manager ask as to leave and said theres nothing he can do. He call the security on us, w told him we will call a police Because we paid for the merchandise and we felt like we got Rob in front of our face. Manager wont consider to refund our money or even just give us a credit.. Or give us the merchandise that we paid for. WE ARE GONNA SUE YOUR STORE!! This is wrong.

My 6 year loves it here!! The staff is amazing and very friendly... Typical Disney motto... Sings to the kids on their birthday and announcement for them too... One negative comments would be that their clothing doesnt seem to hold up well... Especially for the price you pay... Also... Flip-flops fall apart too quickly... Other than that... Everything else is great...

Ok Im going to call them.out only because we love disney and expect a lot from them in terms of customer service. It was a new guy, but he was probably the rudest disney employee Ive ever encountered. His customer service was horrific. Hopefully hes not there next time.

The cast members are always friendly, they typically have a good selection of items. My daughter loves to run around and look at everything (and I mean everything).
