The staff is very friendly and upbeat, the lady who helped me on my last visit was very informative and helpful. I always feel welcome when I come in (unlike at the other metaphysical shop down the road which I do not recommend, dont let those reviews fool you as they are her friends writing them.) Awakening Hearts prices are very reasonable and they have quite a number of crystals, as well as a number of tarot decks and very useful books. The energy is very positive and it seems like whenever I purchase something from that store it becomes a little ray of sunshine in my metaphysical workings. The tarot reader is also quite friendly. Although it is a smaller selection, the service definitely what I give my patronage for.
