I bought my phone in this store about three weeks ago. They had a trade in of $200.00 when you brought your phone and buyed a Samsung one. Like every other customer I was offered a tablet for 10$ a month. Of course I did not purchased it because this meant more money on bills. They still managed to put it in my contract, even thought I clearly said I did not wanted it and NEVER EVEN SAW THE TABLET IN MY HANDS!!!! they are charging me $260.00 in this bill for my two lines and a tablet. Called Customer Service and they cant do anythin, so I have take from MY TIME and MY GAS to go to this store and fight this!!! And again I have a credit for my phone traded , so I wasnt even supposed to have a bill this month. Clearly as of right now I cant afford to close all my accounts with att but this company will look for ways to steal your money! Pd. This is not the first time Att has charged me for random things or even bills that are not mine. Worst service ever! And trust me I work in customer service.

I would give this place 0 stars if I could the person on the phone was rude talked over me and hung up on me. I was told by Tony that ordering phones through ATT will be quicker which is a lie I was told I will get my phones in 3 weeks I got an email saying 6-8 weeks while Apple website said 7-10 days meanwhile ATT customer service wanted to play phone tag with me. I guess ATT doesnt want customers their representatives on the phone and in store give misinformation to get customers when they get them they are just rude this store is the worst I WOULD RECOMMEND NOT GOING HERE POOR FOLLOW THROUGH!! As an update I got my phones after 6+ weeks only to find out that this store cancelled the port of my numbers now I have 2 useless phones that are paid for and cannot be activated!

The worst place on earth. Horrible customer service.. Customer service is not real customer service its sells too. And these people are so hungry they are ruthless. . Horrible place to work and do business with. They are happy to get your business but after they own u they treat u like and evil step child from hell. No lie. And they have a monopoly on the industry so they get away with it every time. I give this place (- 0). NO STARS!

I came into the store to transfer phones as I am not tech savvy and was not able to finish switching to my new phone. Alex greeted me with a smile and was not only patient fixing contact issues, teaching me about my new phone, but also had wonderful customer service experience and he showed personal care while we processed the transfer. He is a great asset to this store and the company! Thank you so much Alex

This is a nice clean AT&T Store. However, I do NOT recommend their service. My office is less than a block from this store and I had very poor service on my iPhone. I went to Verizon. Nice store thought.

Depending on the person you get and how their day is going,is your treatment when you walk through the door. They will say hi, but seem disinterested and preoccupied with their personal phone.

Jay was one of the worst customer service individuals ever and didnt even know his stuff. I highly recommend driving 20 minutes in any direction to avoid this place.
