Went into today to Travis Wholesale because I buy all of our wholesale items from an out of town vendor and decided I should give business to smaller, local businesses. It was a huge mistake. The lack of customer service was astonishing! The cashier, Giovanni (short, older lady with glasses), was in a horrible mood, didnt acknowledge my presence, rang up the items and then told me the credit card was not being accepted. Apparently her register card reader was causing issues. She proceeded to tell me I had to pay with cash or check. When I asked if they could take the credit card manually, she got even more upset and said "Ill just have to start over on the other register." So apparently there was a way to accept a credit card! Even worse, she says, "I dont understand why people are so dependent on credit cards." Of course she was looking the way when she said it. It is quite presumptuous on her part and inappropriate. She rang up the items again and then turned to the other register. "Thank you" is not part of her vocabulary. In this economy, there has to be someone out there who is friendly and can give good customer service. Lesson learned ... its back to my out-of-state vendor.

Wrong order. Again! In November we ordered large red freedom roses for a wedding. When we went in to pick them up, they were small red roses. They ordered the wrong ones even though it stated the correct one on the order form. We had no choice but to work with what they had because it was 2 days before the wedding and they couldnt order the correct ones for us. We thought that maybe that was just a mistake and we should give them another chance. This time around we ordered flowers 3 weeks before another wedding to ensure they would be in. 2 days before the wedding we go to pick them up and they are the wrong flowers. We ordered white roses and they ordered pink. When we looked at the order sheet it was listed as the correct rose and color but the wrong ones came in. The manager said it was not their fault and there was nothing they could do. If the order stated white roses and pink roses were delivered, it is your businesses fault. Its not hard to take the blame, suck it up and admit there was a mistake. Instead he was very rude and offered nothing to help the situation. Horrible customer service. Needless to say, we will not be doing business with them again.

DO NOT USE THESE PEOPLE UNLESS YOU WANT YOUR WEDDING DAY RUINED!!!!This had to be the WORST experience ever!! Two days before the wedding they called to tell us that they had sole out of the flowers we had ordered 3 WEEKS before. Obviously this was more than a little upsetting - but the very rude manger implied that it was OUR FAULT for planning the wedding the same week as Valentine ’s Day. When we stressed that was the reason we ordered ahead of time she finally gave in and said they would try to locate enough flowers to fill our order and supplement with more expensive purple flowers as gesture of good will. When the fiancé went to pick the flowers up they were ALL THE WRONG COLOR and the manager refused to even honor her initial promise of the better flowers stating again that this was our fault and even trying to convince us that the HOT PINK flowers she had given us we PURPLE! They were rude and completely un-helpful - Luckily we were able to find a reputable florist to help save the wedding. DO NOT USE THESE HORRIBLE PEOPLE!!!
I had read a review about awful customer service at this wholesale flower shop, but I never dreamed it was so bad. Well, it was! The woman that works in flowers told me the cashier was closed 4min before their actual closing time and she was very rude, with no willingness to let me pay for the two simple bunches of flowers I was their to buy. I will NEVER go to this shop again. The woman was very RUDE and will never have my business. Not that she seemed to care. If you havent gone, please look somewhere else, people that are not friendly and dont go out of their way for a customer really shouldnt be in business.
!!! Horrible experience!!!! I ordered my flowers a month before my wedding and 3 days before my wedding they called me telling me they didnt receive my Gerber daisies ( this flower was my main flower for my wedding) I ended up having to buy Lilys to replace them and when I went to pick up my flowers today I seen that my Roses were not even the right color so my wedding is tomorrow and nothing matches and they were very inconsiderate and uncaring about what a major event this is for me and would not even give me a discount or even try to special order the daisys in by Sat.
Travis Wholesale was wonderful with my flowers. They are the best in town. Some of the flowers were wrong but they made good on other flowers that I wish I had picked in the first place. They know exactly what they are doing. That is why they are still around. The flower manager was so nice and had extremely wonderful idea for me to use. Best flower place in town, I would not go anywhere else because they are loyal and trustworthy. My event was grand thanks to Travis Wholesale Florist, I love you guys.
Ive only been here once so far, in preparation for my wedding, but the selection seems awesome. Prices seemed really good, but to be honest, I dont know or do much when it comes to this sort of thing. I got 2 dozen roses for $28 dollars which seem like a great deal! Well be getting our floral arraignments here, and a variety of other cool things I saw that we can decorate with. I feel like this is a hidden gem. If you have any parties or events coming up, Id suggest stopping by this place.
I went with my mom for the 1st time on a Saturday and my mom had a few questions regarding some flowers and the lady was very rude and said they do not do arrangements at the store! My mom was only asking for the name of the flowers she continued to talk over my mom I was very irritated it was our 1st time looking at wedding decorations and was very dissapointed in the helped we received or should I say the lack of help!!!!!!

Over the years, Travis Wholesale has provided me with beautiful flowers for my brides. They are busy, but professional when it comes to customers. I enjoy the wide variety they offer and will continue to give them my business. I highly recommend using Travis Wholesale for any floral or craft supplies.
I can always find what I need when I go there at a much better price than the craft stores or Walmart. I also like buying my fresh flowers there. They are priced well, they have a large assortment and its fun to get unusual flowers there too.
I have not shopped for there flowers, but I do go there mainly for there crating supplies and it is the best! I always find what I need. they have such a large amount of options. The staff is really great too especially there cashiers.
