I purchased a bedroom set from the Hialeah location on 77th. The process of purchasing took two hours. Finally after making a selection we ended up with $2000 bill but happy about it. Then the nightmare began when it took almost 2 weeks to get the furniture delivered to our house and we paid for "Rush" service . Upon arrival one of the pieces was broken and another had some scratches and had to send it back right way. Then it took another week to get here. Within 30 days we start to feel the bed itself sinking due to the memory material more than usual. another month passes by and the bed bed sinks all the way in and I cant sleep right and my back and shoulders hurt every morning. Plus the bed makes so Much noise due to the cheap wood they use for material. "Monkey board " is broken so easily . It sound like a squeaky old bed every time. Then one of the knobs just brakes from one of the drawers WOW! What waste of money ! Worst investment Ive ever made. I should have gone somewhere else! Then I tried talking with a manager at the store and they said to pay $50 to have and inspector pass by the house. So after Ive spent all this money and payed for rush just because they couldnt make it on a specific day I still have to pay another 50????!!Total craziness. DO NOT BUY THERE ! BIG MISTAKE. Complaint Description: I want a FULL refund or product change! I just received a Sofa and a loveseat that i purchased last thursday i received the living room set 48 hrs ago, i called this morning to let the sales rep that sold me this that the side of the sofa and love seat made a screaching noise. It literally sounds like some old couches picked up from the garbage.she claims that they "might" be able to fix it? Whats wrong with these people i do not want it fixed! I expect that if im going to buy something brand new that it is in PERFECT condition. I want nothing fixed i want it replaced with something that is NOT faulty! I If this garbage is "fixed" i am going to end up sitting on the floor within a couple months. They claimed that if it was faulty i shouldve returned it in the truck? Excuse me i didnt know i had to lean on the side of the couches to check for noises. Its ridiculous. Plus the so called "contract" is not even worded out correctly someone should proof read and check for their grammer errors on a "contract" ... i want these couches out of my house and replaced with NEW and NOT defective ones. I will definitely take this to court if it is not resolved immediately. I purchased these in the Hialeah warehouse

I purchased an electric recliner as my 7-year-old recliner broke and I was in need of a new one I went to the store at 8280 NW 103rd St Hialeah, FL 33016 the salesman told me it was real leather and would last 4-5 years about less than a year into having it the paint and coating is coming off already (I have no pets or small children to ruin it.) I tried bringing it up to the store I purchased from, but they said theyd make a case and see what they could do. I tried to reason with them and visit them constantly to make sure they were helping me but at the end of the day, they said only a private furniture repair company can help. The salesperson tricked me into basically buying a recliner that lasted less than a year when they claimed it would have 4-5 years of proper functioning and not yet wear and tear. They did not negotiate with me in any way I lost my money with this company and got no help or support on this issue. Do not buy from here as the quality is no good and they will trick you if you are in desperate need of furniture.

Es un desastre. Compre un loveseat y al mes comenzo a despegarse. Cada semana llamo y me hacen un cuento distinto. En fin, no he recibido una respuesta. Hace ya 7 meses de esto y cada vez que llamo me ponen a una supuesta "manager" la cual habla mucho y no resuelve nada. Ah y cuidado con los vendedores, te hacen comprar algo que es un gancho y al final es lo que esta descontinuado y de mala calidad.........

Seriously worstttttt company EVER! Moreover, worst employees ever!!! The sales rep explain to my father, my boyfriend & me I would be paying $125 every month to finance it for a year!!! We all agreed that was fine, when we called to say what day they can remove the money from my account, they said we had to pay $125 every 2 weeks...that was not what we were explained, and even more we were gonna end up paying $4,000+ when the bed set itself was 1,400! It just didnt make sense & all the sales rep seemed like she was more lost than anyone! I called to speak to the same sales rep & of course she was nowhere to be found!!! Not even a manager...what kind of business has employees unsupervised. I just dont understand, will never purchase not even gum from this place & will never ever ever recommend it to ANYONE in their right mind.

Compre un seccional Pequenio llamado Ashly y se danio todo el material en memos de dos anios. Hice el reclamo Y no me respondieron por nada. Averigue Q ese Material Lo importaron de China y salio muy malo Pero nadie me soluciono nada. Es mejor q si van a comprar muebles, busquen Companies grandes y serias q garanticen La calidad de Lo q estas comprando. NO COMPREN en RANA FURNITURE si no quieren perder Su dinero

STAY AWAY!!! The service at this store was somewhat lacking. The greeting at the door was lackluster and we perused the store alone while the sales reps chatted with each other. After finding a sectional couch that we liked, we purchased it and payed $70+ to have it delivered the next day. The delivery guys called the next day at 4pm to confirm delivery the following day. We called the office and asked to speak to the sales agent from the day before. Although she was off another woman impersonated her. The reps refused to deliver the sectional as agreed and refused to return the delivery fee. After being lied to and inconvenienced for a whole day we decided to return the sectional. We will NEVER buy from or recommend Rana Furniture!
