I will never shop here again. Everytime I go in there I dont even get a greeting. However, I always spend a significant amount of money. Last time I was in there I order not one, but two custom couches. Three months later they delivered one of them with the wrong buttons. The local store took no ownership and sent me on a wild goose chase to resolve this on my own. After diligent follow up on my end I was able to reach a resolution. The company gave me a timeline and now the time line has expired and still no resolution. I spent an enormous amount of money on this couch and still dont have the one I ordered. Its been 5 months. I went to the Zgallery store and order 3 beautiful pieces of furniture in March 2010. First they told me I will receive them on July. I received a call from their delivery services 2 weeks later to make an appointment on August 20th in the morning. As my building has a crowded receiving area. They allocated 4 hours for them to deliver They didnt deliver on time and reschedule for the afternoon (they were lucky to find a available timeslot) and they didnt deliver on time either. We ended up today with no furniture and we have to reschedule another appointment and we have to take another day off..... On top of that, they never called me to let me know they couldnt come. I always have to call them 3 times to tell them what to do.... Anyway, if you dont want to receive your furniture 6 months after youve paid for it... dont order anything from Zgallerie.

I dont have a problem with the store itself (location) everyone is very helpful. However their customer service is not. I purchased two costume made sofas, which I tried in the store and they were very comfortable so I figured mine would be the same, it took them months to deliver and they are not comfortable at all, I can feel the frame when I sit on them, they get wrinkle easily I am very unhappy with the quality of their furniture. For the price I paid I couldve gotten something 100% better elsewhere. Customer service is not willing to exchange anything and if I want to return them they charge 50% restocking fee. RIDICULOUS

Furniture looks great online and in stores because they constantly switch them out. But in reality what you end up with is overpriced cheap furniture that doesnt hold up to the gentlest of uses (not to mention no warranty on anything and everything is final sale). Also, their customer service is absolutely terrible. Save your money and shop elsewhere.
