I visited this location hoping to try a Victory motorcycle and I currently ride a Can Am Spyder f3. I was greeted immediately in a friendly manner. When I asked about the bikes she didnt know much. And they only had two. That was disappointing since they advertise as a Victory dealer. But they were nice bikes and I wanted to know more. She asked a guy and he didnt really acknowledge me and answered my questions from behind the wall. So, I saw a bike in the back and it was in for service. I was really intrigued and asked a question about the frame only to be brushed off. Customer service was below par In my opinion. I wanted to spend some money!

I purchased a slingshot in Jan 2015. They were doing real well for a short time on warranty repairs. Then all stopped. I have been needing a rear bearing replacement since June of 2016 and some other warranty issues. I have had to go to Halls motor sports in Fort Walton beach and hope they can do my warranty issues. Ive called Sling Shot and they said there is nothing they can do. Buyer beware!! they will take your money very fast and promise you the world. Please dont deal with these people. I love my Sling Shot but the warranty is terrible!!
