THESE PEOPLE ARE CROOKS! GO ANYWHERE BUT HERE!!! Proof is below. I took my used Grizzly to get the axle joints checked for clicking. Service guy documents my concerns. After a week I contacted them and asked what they had found. Service salesman proceeds to tell me that the wheel bearings were bad and that was what was making the clicking.....Not the Left Rear Axle joint like I noted in my initial complaint. He then proceeds to tell me my four wheeler needs a "full service" and starts rattling off other odds and ends that the tech found on the machine. Things like battery test and a cracked spark plug wire and other odds and ends I never once asked for to be checked in the first place. This increased my labor on the diagnostic. I figured I would let that slide but told The tech over the phone my only concern was to fix the clicking in the rear axle. He assured me the bearings were the problem. With the bearings and the front and rear differential oil change and oil change it was going to be $1538 to fix the grizzly. I decided to forgo the differential changes and do them myself since bearings were the issue. This brought my total down from $1538 to $720. Still extremely high I decided to trust the dealership would fix the problem. I get a call from the service clerk that says the machine is fixed. I asked him if the clicking sound was really gone and he said "yes sir its all fixed". I show up and pay the $717.14 bill only to find the tech driving my four wheeler out to my truck.....Axle clicking the entire way!!! I get on the machine and proceed to diagnose the problem in all of 45 seconds with the tech that drove it out of the shop. He says clearly that "you have something going on in the axle joint". I will be damned if the sheet he handed me had my concern in bold at the top...AXLE CLICKING. How in the hell is it supposed to make someone feel when they pay over $700 for someone to incorrectly diagnose and treat the wrong problem and then falsely claim its fixed over the phone? Boy Im glad I didnt sign up for the entire $1500. Keep in mind the other charges were not to fix anything but to simply change the oils. I changed the differentials when I got home to no avail. Axle still clicks. I can promise you I will not be back and neither will anyone I speak with. I will also not be using MR Honda on any of my government and commercial bids that I oversee. I dont care if they are the cheapest. I will make it my goal over the next year to spread the word about how MR motorcycle is crooked. I would recommend anyone looking to get a new machine or to get an old machine worked on to look elsewhere!!! GO ANYWHERE BUT MR MOTORCYCLE!!! These people are looking to take your money and have nothing else to offer but rehearsed lines to get you out of the dealership. You pissed off the wrong guy. Josh Fisher

Worst experience, when I first walked in I was greeted by Austin the sales Person, he first asked me if I had been here before and if so who helped me. I told him yes and gave the name of the guy. After discussing I told him I was looking at a ninja 300. He told me that was a great choice. He then told me lets do some paper work and get an out the door price I said ok. Around this time the other guy who helped me last time showed up and seemed mad someone else was helping me. Austin then said the paperwork and the financing would only take 10 minutes, I said ok. During this time I told him I found a cheaper price on the ninja and said thats last years model. I didnt say anything and he went back to check on my app. Then the other sales guy comes up to me and asked Did you tell him I helped you last time. I told him yes I did and he said ok, I think I can get you a deal on this bike. He then walks off, about two minutes past and he came back up with Austin and I again bought up that other bike and said it was $3500 (about $2000 cheaper) He then says that cant be true when I go down there they will put a lot of fees on and make it what our price is. I didnt tel him I had called and knew the price. He then walks off and I tell Austin this guy is mad about him taking his sale. After about 20 minutes of them two fighting over a sale I just said I needed to leave. Austin said give the manger 2 minutes to see if I can get it. During this time the other guy comes up and says I didnt get financed because my credit is to young. I was mad all ready and left. This is stupid two guys would fight over and sale. First off I know I could get the bike but them telling me that wasnt true. Second the other guy Tibbs was rude to me. Austin was great and reply tried to help.Third I was lied to by Tibbs about price for the bike and never received an out the door price. I hope a manger sees this so I can explain in better detail.

Very disappointed in my purchase from these guys. Bought a used Honda site-unseen from advertisement on the web. Over the phone, the sales guy said I could trust them because while they provided no warranty on used, they do all the mechanical checks and fix anything needing fixing. I told him I was comparing against a private seller and their listed price was slightly higher. He convinced me the ~$100 difference was worth the maintenance check they do. Of course, I was also expecting sales tax so it was more like +$200 difference. Got the bike and immediately did the basic checks. Chain was loose, had to add a 1/2 QUART of oil (was VERY low) and both tires were 5PSI low. Bike runs, but I have no confidence they did ANY check given these obvious shortcomings. Not only that, when we were having the phone discussion, the sales guy didnt bother to disclose that there would also be $189 in "dealer preparation" and another $198 in "documentary fees". NEARLY $400 IN ADDITIONAL CHARGES (what dealer preparation? basic maintenance clearly wasnt done). Yes, I should have asked on the phone, "Are there any other fees?" Never crossed my mind; and of course the sales guy conveniently didnt mention. Buyer beware! These guys dont operate with integrity! Now I only hope I dont have longer-term issues with the bike - something I would have always risked with the private seller...but would have saved over $700 up front (almost half again the original price of the bike). Looking forward to forgetting about this experience.

I took my motorcycle in for an NC State inspection and they pulled the usual, well you need all of this and we can do it for over $800 scam, then we will pass your inspection. They threw me some nit picky reasons why my bike wouldnt pass inspection, and then threw me some insanely high labor charges. They told me my brake calipers and rotor had metal on metal contact, which it didnt. They told me my front forks needed a seal job, which they didnt. They told me I needed a new back tire, which was the only legit reason the bike might have failed an NC State inspection. I asked them how much to change a tire and they quoted me for about $200. I purchased and had the tire changed and balanced for less than $130 at another business. After that I took the bike to another place for inspection and it passed easily with a new back tire. In short, they wanted over $800 for an NC State inspection and I got it done for under $130 with another business. On another note their parts are over priced, their bikes are over priced, and their riding gear is over priced. I got the same helmet and riding jacket at a much lower price from ordering online than what they wanted at their store. The one and only good thing I can say about MR Honda is they can almost always find any part you need. You will pay for that part, but at least you can find it, I would say stay away from this business, unless you absolutely have to go there for a specific part.
