Couldnt be more satisfied with the experience I had here. My bike needed to be taken in for a recall (master brake cylinder) the following day, so they pushed my bike to the front of the to-do list. Oil change, spark plugs, filters, chain clean, flushed front brake lines and other minor adjustments; it only took them a couple hours to complete. It honestly felt like a brand new bike again. The customer service was beyond expected and James knew exactly what the issues were the second I mentioned the problems I encountered after riding it rough all season. VERY reasonable pricing and Id trust these guys with anything my bike needs (they specialize in race bikes). Glad I was recommended here by a friend and happy to have found such an awesome shop. Ill definitely be back for future business. Thumbs up all around guys

I came here to get my tires changed. They do a quick job, mine were ready in about 45 minutes. The only thing I wish I realized was their flat rate of $45 per tire. They dont go by their low hourly rate, so I paid $90 for both tires to get replaced. Cant beat the fact that theyll fit you in on a Sunday and get er done that quickly. My one complaint is they left a bunch of grease all over my wheels. If Im paying that much for a tire change, they should at least keep my bike clean and wipe my wheels with a rag when theyre done. I might go here for a bigger repair to get a good rate, but for tires Ill find somewhere closer to me if the cost is about the same.

My chain broke off on my 2008 Ninja 250 on the Elgin-OHare expressway on Tuesday on my way to work. Luckily Rubber Soul (RSM) opens at 9am and someone answered the phone at 8:30am - what a lifesaver! Redmons Towing was very expensive and RSM charged only $45. They came and picked up my motorcycle quickly and ordered a new chain for me. James was very professional. He recommended replacing the front sprocket since they were putting on a new chain and I have just over 15,000 miles on the bike and the teeth were pretty worn. Very happy with the service and pricing, I will be using them for my motorcycle maintenance from now on. Thank you James!

James and Spooner are great people to deal with! I went there for the first time to have tires and rear brakes done on my Vulcan 1600. Although I brought them the wrong brake pads and there was a little more labor involved than we originally thought, they were patient, pleasant, did not pad the bill and were a joy to deal with! The work was done well and my bike was returned just as clean as I left it! Rubber Soul Motorsports is the ONLY shop that will work on my bikes from this point forward...thanks guys...and for the rest of you out there, give RSM a chance on your rides!

I have visited a few shops but they were sub-par. I ended up riding from Joliet, IL and passed on several other shops that were too janky in my opinion. The staff is very friendly and service is top notch. Had my original tires replaced from an 09 Vulkan 900 Custom. I was going to get a specific set but after chatting I received some excellent advice. Couldnt be happier. Additionally, this will be be the spot when the dyno gets setup. I will absolutely be returning to get some performance upgrades. Thank you for what you do.

You will not find a shop more headfirst on customer satisfaction than these guys. The only thing that could eclipse their professionalism is their crews talent at tackling any project no matter how big or small. They have talked me out of unnecessary upgrades and repairs other shops would (and have) capitalized on knowing I know nothing about repair on more than one occasion. To top it off, they have always been beyond reasonable . Dont settle for anything less than the best, you wont find better!

Great shop with great prices. Brought my bike in for a tire change and spoke with one of the employees bout my bike not feeling right at certain lean angles.(it had be lowered before) gave me a few suggestions. The next week I brought it back and they raised it to stock hight and did a suspension set up for my weight. I can not tell you the difference it made! Since that day I havent taken my bikes else where and Ive learned a lot along the way. Highly recommend them.

Great shop. Very cool staff. First rate work. Truly fair prices. Brought my bike in to get the forks serviced, spark plugs changed,(not an easy task on an 07 CBR600RR), and the suspension set up and the bike performed like a champ at Trackfest this past weekend at Gingerman Raceway. I was looking into tires and wasnt sure which ones to go with. James (front counter) was very knowledgeable and straightforward; something I very much appreciate. Tires were mounted and balanced, and I also requested a chain service. They cleaned, lubed, and adjusted my chain (3rd party dealer had it too tight). Even topped off my coolant at no charge. I was recommended to rubber soul motorsports by a fellow rider, i had my tires changed and suspension set up on my bike by the guys. all of the work was done quickly and at a good price. this is a great shop and great guys that really know there way around motorcycles. they offered me lots of advise and answers to all my questions. this is going to be my go to shop from now on. thanks guys

I took my Hayabusa in with a laundry list of things to be done, and the guys handled it extremely well with very reasonable pricing. I was hesitant about taking my bike to a new shop, since I moved in from California, but I am more than pleased with the work they did. Ive put on damn near 400 miles in the 4 days since Ive picked it up. Will recommend RSM to anyone in the area.

Needed to get my brakes checked and replaced along with maintenance on my suzuki SV650s and James was able to help me plan a drop off and pickup according to my schedule. The maintenance was done quickly and I was able to pickup my bike on my own time which worked out perfectly. Everything serviced on my bike is functioning better and I cant complain!

Took my bike in for repairs after a lay down; James did a great job of assessing the work needed, being up front with what did and didnt need to be fixed to make the bike road safe, and giving me a fair estimate.
