JUNCTION BUICK GMC IS AWESOME!! I have a very interesting situation that left me in a lurch with my old car dying a rapid death, and needing a new one in a quick order. From Brandon Moore, to Shaun Woolard to Kyle Gilmore, these guys saw and understood my needs even through the challenges that my situation brought to the table. I cant even begin to say enough good things about this dealership and the people that work there. I will refer anyone to Junction and their family of stores. Shaun took the time to listen and understand what I needed. He provided a level of service that I thought simply didnt exist anymore. Kyle went above and beyond my expectations, and seemingly fought for me to get my financing pushed through. Brandon is the smiling face when you walk into service, and is always more than helpful with a good suggestion, or if he cant assist you he is ready with an appointment to get whatever problem solved. This is my first Junction vehicle, and I assure you that I will return for many more over the years to come. Thanks for making me feel like family guys!

We came looking for a new (2013) AWD GMC Terrain, with an SLE trim plus a package. However, we saw a 2012 AWD with an SLT2 trim that was in wonderful shape and was offered as a CPO; this is what we purchased. Jim Dalpiaz was our salesperson. Jim was incredibly patient and most helpful with us. He made the car buying process a pleasure (really!). He followed up with a few items to make sure we were happy with our experience and vehicle.....we are! Paul, the manager, was also quite helpful in pushing through a couple of items for us. Again, we felt that we could trust this dealership, and will definitely send other people their way, and come back ourselves when the time comes. My experience has been EXCELLENT!!!!! I bought my truck in another state and tried to get it serviced locally by my house. That dealer couldnt service me (said truck was to big. 2015 Denali 3500 dually). They told me to try Junction. I called Junction and got a hold of Ray Sweiger. Ray has done more than his job, gone way above and beyond with tending to the needs of my truck and accommodating me. On my first visit he took the time to listen to my concerns and address the problems the other dealer couldnt. He got me done in a very timely manner and sent on my way with everything taken care of to my very high standards. Ive been back for my second service and things went even smoother than the first. I worked with Matt Emrick, who has been assisting my family with their car buying /leasing decisions for years. As always, Matt made the process comfortable & smooth. He listens to your wants in a vehicle, helps you find a match, and theres absolutely no pressuring. Also a familiar face to our family was Kyle Gilmore, who handled my financing. In November, I bought my third vehicle from Junction. Ive had 2 Pontiac Montanas, but theyre not making them anymore, so our good friend Matt Emrick suggested several other vehicles. Because Im a dog trainer, I need a vehicle that I can put at least 2 cages side by side, and it had to be low enough from tailgate and side door for my older dog. I tried both the Dodge Grand Caravan and the Town and Country. The Dodge Caravan with stow and go seats was made for me. I loved my Montana, but the seats are so comfortable in the Caravan, I drive and not my husband. I love all the features and its perfect for me! Im so glad Matt steered me in this direction. I will definitely stay with Junction when buying my next vehicle and for great service too!

I went to Junction Buick GMC to see and test drive the new 2014 Buick Enclave leather AWD. Wow what a nice car to drive . This just may be the perfect car for me. And the Junction Buick GMC sales team may just have the perfect sale person in Aaron Webster. Aaron is not your typical salesman. He doesn’t rush you into a sale that you do not want. He really takes his time getting to know his customers on a personal level. He is polite, friendly and knowledgeable especially when talking about all the options and upgrades to the different cars in his inventory. I just got my second car/truck from Shaun Woolard at Junction what a great experience. Up until now I only leased cars easy enough go in sign and your done. The experience of purchasing a car is vey different and Shaun was able to walk me through the process from start to finish without any high pressure sales and straight forward pricing. OK lets get to it when you drive off in your new car you want to know that you got the best deal possible and Shaun does that for you. I look forward to 2014 when my son turns 16 when he will get my truck and I get to get a new one, maybe that Jeep Wrangle Unlimmited I have always wanted.

We had a very good experience at this dealership. Matt Emrick handled every aspect of the transaction openly and honestly. We drove 4 hours one way to purchase this truck because this dealership actually had a dually diesel truck in the color we wanted with the options we wanted. It was a pleasant surprise to have such a good experience at the dealership and we truly wish they were closer to us. We fully expected shenanigans on the deal we had prearranged before driving there. They found our trade was exactly as described and they did what they said they would. So they sold a truck. Were happy.

Matt went out of his way to help me get my new Buick Encore, and he showed me everything in the car and made sure it was cleaned and everything was in tip top shape before i left the lot.
