I had a horrible experience with bluff road auto sales Clint watchor is a con artist I bought a BMW in May of 17 i had the car less than 15 days had to take it back 4 times before the 30 day warrant was out when driving this car when ever I stop a stop light or stop sign the car would make a sputtering sound .and sound like the engine had cut off I took the car from university auto to bluff road they printed out 13 sheets of paper from there computer and gave them too me and telling me that car had a build in gas saver they said thats why the car was doing this and stated to me on 3rd another occasions that it was nothing wrong with the car the last time I took the car to them on are about the 22 and they stated that nothing was wrong with the car again gergorianna look me in the face and told me nothing was wrong with the car the 2 days before the warranty was up she call my cell phone and told me to Bring the car to Augusta rd road I live 68 miles one way I brought the car the to August rd. the phone reception was poor I took the car to August road for repair and I left it there the person that I left the car with told me his boss had left for home I had never seen are meet any of them before so I did,nt know them and they didnt known me the necxt day i called and was told that the diagnostics were a total of $103.00 I CALLED Georgianna that,s when she told me I had taken the car To The wrong place and she was not going to honor the warranty I paid the $103.00 fee in order to get the car . As I was leaving Augusta Road the car cut off several times I made it Huger street and Blossom it shut off at the stop sign and would,nt start i called Georginanna I waited there for and hour in 90 degrees heat know one ever came finally I CALLED my Ins. Co. They sent a tow truck to get The car. I follow the tow to bluff road road auto sales And I let them know how I felt about there service, s at that moment I left the car there for 3 days they never had the common deciency to call to say the car was ready when I called and asked it was ready when I went in to get the car I asked at the front window for the work order on the car i wanted to know what Repairs were made the lady at the window told me it would take two hours to get it I simply told her i would wait for it for me to drive back home without was not fair to me I was sitting there in the waiting area I did,nt know this man from a can of paint he walks up toward s me With a hateful look on his face and said I ,am calling the Richland sheriff Dept. To have you escorted off the permises I said to him go right on I HAVE NO FEAR . Deputy arrived shortly afterwards went into their office came back ask me what was going on I told him I was waiting on my work order the officer went to the window and asked then them when it would be ready now they are saying it will take 2 wks. And it will be mail they could have handle it in a professional manner after getting 3,500.00 as a down pmt. that,s how they treat blacks. I don t see any one else buying there except the minority there mark up is 2or 3,000.00 more than others I will never ever recommend any one else there in fact I wold,nt put 1 foot on there premises no class are integrity at all matter of fact.

IVE HAD A HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE WITH ROAD AUTO SALES. I HAVENT HAD MY 2007 CHEVY SUBURBAN A WHOLE MONTH BEFORE I HAD TO RETURN IT FOR SERVICE. THEN WHEN I MAKE AN APPOINTMENT THE SERVICE DEPARTMENT DIDNT EVEN HAVE THE COMMON COURESTY TO CALL ME AND INFORM OF WHAT WAS GOING ON WITH MY TRUCK. I ADVISED THEM OF ALL THE PROBLEMS WITH MY TRUCK AND THEY DIDNT FIX MY AUX PLUG IN. THE PIECE THEY CLAIMED THEY FIXED THAT THE MAINTENCE LADY TOLD MY HUSBAND THEY WERE FIXING SO THE TRUCK CAN DRIVE, IS WHATS WRONG WITH MY TRUCK A SECOND TIME. I HAVE IT TOWED TO THEM THIS SECOND TIME BECAUSE I CANT DRIVE IT AND AGAIN THE SERVICE DEPARTMENT DIDNT FEEL THED NEED THE TO TELL ME ANYHTING AND I HAD TO REACH TO THEM ABOUT MY VEHICLE THAT IM SUPOOSE TO PAY FOR. I HADNT MADE MY FIRST CAR PAYMENT AND SO MANY PROBLEMS AND SHE WANTS ME TO PAY TO FIX IT. I HAVE HAD TO UBER TO WORK, SEND MY KIDS TO MY PARENTS TO GET TO SCHOOL, MY DAUGHTER HAS MISSED COMPETITONS BUT YES BLUFF ROAD AUTO SALES HAVE TAKEN MY $2,500.0 0 FOR A TRUCK I CANT DRIVE. I WILL NEVER BUY A VEHICL FROM HERE AGAIN AND SURELY WOULDNT RECOMMEND ANYONE BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM. THE CUSTOMER SERVICE IS HORRIBLE AND THEY DO NOT STAND BY THEIR WORD.

Love everything about them. Eric is amazing. Last year my husband was looking for a work truck. He wanted a Toyota Tacoma to be precise. When we talked with Eric about it they didnt have one in inventory at the time. Eric told us that he would keep his eye out for one and would let us know. He did just that too. When one came in, Eric called us before it was even out on the website. He was really looking out for my husband. That is why on June 17th, 2017, after my friend went to 4 different dealerships, I sent her to see him and to see what he had in inventory that she might like. Sure enough Eric came through for me yet again. He was able to get her into a 2015 Toyota Camry. She loves it, and the monthly payments are great and well within her budget.
