Paid almost $5,000 cash for one of their "BMW Convertibles". I was told they had just put a almost new motor in it and that the car had a 90 warranty on the motor. The car ran bad, sounded bad and I took it back to Sigheed and the salesman three different times and was told , Oh...that is how BMWs are suppose to sound".... "Its all ok". I finally took it back the last day of the warranty and demanded that they put it on a machine and check it. They never put it on a machine, but told me that the it had an exhaust leak....that is was not the motor. My motor blew up three months later. I was living out of town, had no familly, no other transportation and had to pay out of pocket for a rental car. Three weeks later and two shops later, and almost $2,000 out of my pocket for rental cars and tearing down the block to find out the problem....found out the "new motor" had been tampered with, bored out and evident that it was like that when I purchased the car and should have been covered by the warranty. The company told me to get the car back to Rock Hill and the would TRY to put me in another car. I paid again to have the car hauled back to Rock Hill and then the office would not take my calls, would not return my calls and even had the nerve to screen my calls and would hang up when they heard who was on the other line. I filed a BBB claim against them and they responded that my car DID have a motor warranty but they found "nothing" wrong with my car. They checked nothing. I am in the process of sueing them over them as I am out of pocket over $7,000 now, BMW is sitting in my driveway broken down AND I had to go into debt to get into a car payment because I had NO more cash sitting in my savings to go buy another car straight out. That was another $1500 out of pocket for the down payment. Buying a car from these crooks has cost me over $8500 with nothing to show for it but my BBB claim and my aggravation! DO NOT BUY FROM THESE PEOPLE . If you have been taken.... file with the BBB in charlotte, nc and with the SC Consumer Affairs office....and then Judge Mathis!!!

DO NOT BUY ANY VEHICLE FROM THIS PLACE!!!! I recently got a Mercedes from this dealership and they assured me the car was in good condition and oil leaks had been repaired. I took the vehicle to the dealership to be inspected to make sure they fixed the issues and was told the car was unsafe to drive! Oil was leaking from the valve covers, oil pans, rear main, transmission, out put seal, front suspension worn parts, front struts were bad, front lower ball joints were bad, front lower control arms were bad, front thrust arms were bad. It was missing under panels at center rear and left side. Right rear catalytic converter is missing with straight pipe needs complete exhaust. VEHICLE WILL FAIL SAFETY AND EMISSIONS INSPECTION!!! REMOVING CATALYTIC CONVERTERS IS A FEDERAL CRIME. This car was sold to me in good condition and could have killed me and they are refusing to reimburse me my money. The owner throw the paperwork and key at me and told me to get off his log when I went to address these issues with him. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THESE CROOKED PEOPLE!!!!

Purchased two vehicles from Rock Hill Auto Auctions. One was a "buy it now" priced Ford Ranger for $999. Bought it, did some minor maintenance on a bad muffler and ran that truck for 3 years and sold it for $1500. Second was an Eagle Talon purchased during an auction. Another great buy. Ran perfect for several months with no maintenance needed, eventually replaced valve cover gasket to stop an oil leak and then sold for a nice profit. Do not fear the poor reviews - Buying here is no different than buying a used auto from a dealership. Make sure to do your homework and walk away if something doesnt seem right. Great company, would recommend to anyone and would buy again!

Bought a car from here a couple years back for 5000 and before I even pulled in the driveway of my home the transmissuing went out. I called them and luckily got my money back but at first they wanted me to get another car but I was like hell no. Bad thing about it is the business next door told me I better go cash my check quick cause they might block it or not have the money in the bank. Its bad when even your neighbors know your scamming people. I would agree with the rest of the bad reviews. Do not buy a car from here unless you want to have troubles sooner than later.

THIS PLACE IS A COMPLETE SCAM. I DONT USUALLY WRITE REVIEWS, BUT I NEEDED TO DO THIS. DON NOT BUY A CAR FROM THIS PLACE. I BOUGHT MY CAR FROM HERE, AND NOT EVEN 2 MONTHS LATER, THE CAR BROKE DOWN ON THE HIGHWAY. I TOOK IT TO THE CAR PLACE; THEY SAID ALMOST EVERYTHING IS WRONG WITH THE CAR. AFTER A COMPRESSION TEST, THEY TOLD ME MY ENGINE WAS DOWN ON ALL FOUR ZONES AND THAT I NEED A WHOLE NEW ENGINE. THIS COST ME 2000 DOLLARS, WHICH WAS BASICALLY THE PRICE OF THE CARE; $2800. THIS PLACE DOES NOT GIVE WARRANTY FOR THESE BAD CARS; DONT BUY YOUR CAR HERE!!!

People listen to me, please read these reviews, DO NOT BUY A CAR FROM HERE Sam the salesman is a lier, Si heed is a con man. there cars are bad, Get everything in writing, they play you on the AS IS tip, Do not let them tell you they will put you in another car when yours break down and it will, GET IT IN WRITING IF THEY TRY THIS.. PLEASE look at other car lots, I have a worthless vehicle that broke down on me in two day (transmission) got me for $3000.00 dont want them to get you............

They followed through with their word ,that they would trade me for another car. But the original car run good for the test drive, on the way home it started messing up. Then on the way back it wouldnt even go over 50 miles. Traded for another car, but thats all they would do. And most of the cars werent even running, and the ones that did, the engine check light would come up before or during the test day. Just go somewhere esle, and if you do come here, check check and double check the cars.

the owner dearler is cheat man.im come auction car ask him about car ,hes say"verry good"..i wan try driver hes say "no" the cars everything good insurance 1 week.im beliver him.im buy car 2000$ driver go home and saw engine ,transmission allmost die.windshield not work.im come back tell him fix but he say no.im fixed need pay 2000$ for evrtthing on the car.im pay all off it 4000$.verry expensive for ould car.PLEASE DONT COME HERE BUY CAR.
