Everything about my experience at Performance Eyecare was exceptional. I searched for Optometrist Creve Coeur to find a location near us for my sons annual eye exam, and based on having so many 5-star reviews, called them first and spoke with Sam. Over the phone, she worked with me to schedule an appointment that fit in our busy schedules and ran multiple options from an insurance standpoint to maximize my benefits & lower my costs. She was patient and helpful, and we walked into our appointment with high expectations. The team at Performance Eyecare did not disappoint. My 9 year-old had a blast looking through his options, and his appointment with Dr. Dreyer was both comprehensive and quick. It was such a great feeling to see my son get SO excited about the clarity of his new prescription, and even better for him to choose his pair of glasses. Everyone spent time with him finding the right size and look as well as patiently explaining how his new Transition lenses would help with baseball and sunshine. All in all, we had a stellar experience...Thanks again!

I came to Performance Eyecare a couple of months with a request for a custom job. Very few optical shops in St. Louis were even willing to attempt custom-shaped lenses, and even fewer at a reasonable price. The folks at Performance Eyecare were more than willing to try, with a price less than half that of some other stores. When the first attempt wasnt everything I hoped for, they produced a second set of lenses for free. I loved the result and happily bragged about it on social media. Two weeks later, my beloved glasses disappeared. When I brought my sob story and replacement frames in, they treated me like family, and produced new custom lenses...for free! I cannot say enough about the service I have gotten from Performance Eyecare. Thanks Steve and Caroline!

I had a very good experience with Performance eye care. This was my second time getting reading glasses and Kayla was just great at helping me out and taking the time to find a pair that worked for me and my features. My first experience was with Clarkson eye care, where I was treated like a burden and felt like I was in the middle of a high school drama gossip scene and ended up with overpriced lenses that were not right for my eyes and made my vision worst after a couple of days. Thank god performance eye care is near me. Performance eye care is smaller and the staff is honorably respectful of theyre customers. Thank you Kayla, I truly love my new glasses and my vision is back to perfect. I now have a place to get my eye sight help that I know I can trust.

To say this place has outstanding customer service is an understatement. I had so much fun trying on glasses with Sam and Kayla! They were super friendly and helpful, and I was sad to think I didnt have another reason to go back after picking up my glasses. (You guys, we need to be friends.) Dr. Dreyer was also very courteous, professional, and fun, and she made my eye exam a breeze besides using that device that pokes you in the eye which I legitimately consider torture. Anyway, these guys are the best and you absolutely should go here if you want an eyecare experience that will actually make your day better! P.S.--Sam, sorry it took me so long! ;)

I had a great experience at Performance Eyecare and would recommend it to anyone. The staff was competent, thorough, and super friendly. They helped me as soon as I walked in the door for my appointment. I saw Dr. Dreyer for my eye exam and she was also very nice, methodical, and thorough. She answered all my questions and explained everything in detail. The shop itself is very nicely appointed, clean, and organized. The staff were also very familiar with my vision insurance and I had no problem utilizing it to cover my exam and contact lense purchase. I simply cannot recommend this place enough.

Kayla, Sam and Blake are the definition quality customer service. I’ve typically scheduled my annual eye exams at retail giants such as Target or Walmart, which I don’t have anything against, but walking into Performance Eyecare in the quaint Creve Coeur neighborhood was just a relaxing experience. Not only was there no wait at the start, but I was also served bottled water while being presented a detailed list of product options that matched my insurance plan. And Blake was so sweet that your heart will just melt. 5 stars!

My wife and I needed new eyecare specialist after a very bad experience with another business. We are so much happier with Performance Eyecare. They treated us with respect and listened to what our needs were and gave us the best options. They were so great that a few months later I took my 93 year old grand mother in for some new glasses and frames. They had her in new specs in fewer days then they estimated. I could not ask for any better customer service anywhere for anything. WTG Performance Eye care!!!!.

The entire staff is absolutely amazing. At the last minute I wound up having to take my 5 year old in with me and everyone was so accommodating and gracious about it. They even gave him a Popsicle while waiting. I was really impressed by the knowledge and friendliness of the entire front office team. Selecting the frames wound up being a great experience and they really took the time to explain my insurance benefits. They definitely exceeded my expectations and I recommend them wholeheartedly

A few years ago, after having multiple issues with Clarkson Eyecare, I decided to get a second opinion and choose Performance Eyecare. Never have I been so glad that I switched! They care about making you see right! They take their time to ensure everything is good in your eyes! Everyone in the office is amazing, courteous, respectful, knowledgeable, and make you feel welcome each visit. The Doctor was very knowledgeable and friendly. My glasses are wonderful because she took the time to make sure my eyes were properly tested for the correct prescription. Get the HD lenses, you wont be disappointed. The staff is very accommodating and knowledgeable about the frames and are helpful in picking out the right pair for you. I highly recommend this eye care. They are the best.

Went to get my eyes checked and it was determined by Dr. Dreyer that I needed glasses. Her and Kayla were very knowledgeable, polite, & professional. They helped me through the entire process and explained everything to me. They had glasses onsite for me to pick out and I was able to get my new glasses ordered the same day. Great service! Wonderful and knowledgeable staff! I was impressed by the time the staff took to answer all of my questions and pick out some amazing frames. Dr. Dreyer was very thorough in her exam and best of all, NO AIR PUFF! The technology used was of the latest as well. I am always able to get in very quickly as well when I have an eye related problem. These guys are the best.

This place is awesome! Ive never had such an easy time getting glasses in my life! Sam helped me find the perfect pair and was so patient with my indecision towards everything! They can custom any pair of glasses to you and he walked me through every step of designing my glasses. I will definately be using them for all my eye care!!
