This business is extremely unprofessional. The optometrist who runs this business has extremely poor business practices: When I showed up for my exam (5 min late) she told me that I JUST made it in time because she was about to leave. After the exam she said "we need to be quick getting your contacts in-- you were late and I need to go." 2 months after our exam, I could not find my Rx so I called her store to request my Rx. **her business number actually bounces you over to another phone number that requires you to leave a voicemail. Only if you leave a voicemail will she return a call. *she called me back and told me that she would call me back the next day with my Rx-- its been two weeks. I have left her with multiple voicemails: ZERO calls back. At the store there are stacks of papers everywhere, empty displays and lack of inventory. Take your business elsewhere. This business owner is inept.

Were not on time for my appointment or when I came to pick up my glasses because the advertised office hours are not reliable. And phone number goes to a full mailbox. The girl who runs it is great in person but this is a poorly run business
