Best car buying experience ever. I went to the Imperial Dealerships of Mendon looking to purchase my first new car. There I came across my salesman Rick G. he was so nice and open to learning about what I wanted in my search for a new car. He worked with me and stuck with me for the better part of a day. He answered all my questions, made recommendations, and took me out for several test drives at the Chevrolet dealership. I then went home to think about it. I came back a few days later wanted to buy from him and him only because of how excellent of a salesman he was. He informed me that he was not going to be working that evening. I assured him I would not make a purchase until he was there. He was able to work it out so he stayed for the rest of that evening just to make it more convenient for me. Quite outstanding service if you ask me. I made up my mind on a vehicle and thats when I met Dave B. One of the sales managers at Imperial Chevrolet. He was very kind, professional, and personable. He explained all the incentives and promotions I qualified for. The vehicle I was looking at was just outside of my price range, but with the help of Rick and Dave we were able to make it fit into my budget. I then met Omar I of financing. He was very thorough in explaining all the financing aspects and options. He made it very clear to me and made very good recommendations on what I did and didnt need. He also had a great sense of humor and had me laughing and chuckling throughout the meeting. I should also mention that I began the financing meeting just before closing time that night and we didnt finish until and hour and a half after the dealership had closed, I never felt rushed nor did any of the employees. Outstanding service. They made sure I knew and understood very detail even though the dealership was already closed. The next day the trade, license plate, and registration process all went very smoothly and I was able to pick the car up that night. Thanks to Rick, Dave, and Omar I am now driving my dream car; a gray 2016 Chevy Colorado 4X4 and could not be happier! Once I had it for a day or two I had a few more questions I forgot to ask about the vehicle, I contacted Rick via text message and within minutes he responded to me and answered all of my questions. He assured me if I needed help with anything else to not hesitate to contact him. Thank you so much you three, Rick, Dave, and Omar. I really appreciate all your help and I have definitely developed a connection of loyalty to Imperial Chevrolet and will be a customer for life!

I stopped into Imperial on the 16th of April just looking at what they had. I wasn’t in need of a new car but I can’t lie, I did want one. I had shopped the weekend prior at another dealership and was so aggravated with how I was treated. To me customer service is #1. I stumbled upon Matt Roushia. Now I will tell you my first experience 4 years ago at Imperial was not the best. But I sure was happy to see the sales folks have changed since. Matt was so patient with me. I knew that I really really wanted a Jeep Cherokee, and I knew I wanted to NEW one, not used. He didn’t even offer to show me anything used. I told him I drove a Cherokee Latitude and fell in love. That was my only problem. I had a budget with every little wiggle room. After Matt let me drive who I know call Crystal, I fell in love all over again. We started to talk number and I didn’t seem as though my hopes and dreams were going to come true. I thanked him for his time and said at least I had tried. He was so not ready to give up. He offered up a Compass which was nice, we took it for a test drive but he could really see that I wasn’t in love with it, even though it had more options than the Cherokee. After going back and forth for about an hour and a half we both finally came to a deal we could agree on. (Although he thought I was nuts when I asked if he wanted to toss in Nav! Lol) I couldn’t be happier with my purchase or the folks at Imperial this time. Matt even took the time to walk through all the ins and outs while the rest of the team was HAND, yes HAND washing my new car! Took us over to the rest of the shops, introduced us to the service team and even set up my phone in my car! From Matt on the sales floor to the finance team, you really made my day! I am so happy with my Jeep and feel that she is going to treat me super well! I wouldn’t hesitate to refer anyone and everyone to Matt. I can’t thank him enough! Thank you so much for finally hiring a salesman who actually listens to what the customer wants!

Imperial and I had a bumpy ride. I had purchased a used car from them 3 years ago that turned out to be a dud. It was in and out of the shop since purchase. The sales team at Ford and Sales Manager Mike Kind were very helpful and covered a lot of the costs of repairs but at a point it just made sense to trade out of the vehicle. Needless to say I was a very stressed and frustrated consumer at that point of the process with the vehicle. Imperial worked with us (both Chevy and Ford) to make a deal work. Ford provided flexibility on the trade in of my escalade to keep me from losing money on the trade and Chevy worked to find me a vehicle that would suit my families needs. We ended up selecting a Chevy Silverado. I worked with a sales man Dave Boratyn. Dave was amazing. He was very calming in a very high stress situation and not only listened to our frustrations but accepting them and accommodated those frustrations in the pricing of the new vehicle. I closed a deal with the team at 8:30 on a Saturday night. Later that evening I found some internet data that again frustrated me. I stormed in to Chevy like a bull in a china shop yelling and upset. Tom Sollecito was the lucky gentleman who received my wrath. Tom stayed calm throughout my accusation. Even though the deal had been closed and I had already purchased the vehicle the night before Tom came in and lowered the price again and had my papers written up again to save me additional money. While sitting with the Finance manager Ahmad Al-Jallad, Ahmad found another $1300 saving for me in a warrantee that I was cancelling. I felt that the team there really went out of their way to make an extremely unhappy person walk out happy even though it was at a significant loss to the company.

Im in my mid-sixties, and Ive purchased a lot of cars in my life; but Ive honestly never had a more pleasurable experience in doing so as I just had with Imperial Chevrolet. I drove all the way from Bedford, NH to view a specific car that they had for sale - about an hour and fifteen minutes each way. And Im so glad that I did. No one swooped down on me in the parking lot as I arrived, and no one even did so when I was looking at my car in front of the dealership before going in. Refreshing start. Everyone had a cordial, friendly way about them, which was even more refreshing. No hard sales, no attitudes to customer questions ... only conversation and uninhibited answers. My sales persons name was Aline Almeida, and she immediately build a great rapport with my wife and me that lasted throughout the day and beyond. We bought the car for a fair price, and they performed a rather extensive prep and conditioning before letting me take it, finding a manufacturer issue and taking the time (days) to get the part and make the fix. The news is full of car dealers turning their back after they make the sale, but not these folks. Like I said in the beginning, Ive been around a bit - had many, many cars - but this was by far the best experience Ive had, both in the sales and the service areas. An added feature: they have an old-fashioned diner inside the dealership complex. Imperial offered a nice gift card for our coming to see them, and my wife and I had a really great lobster roll and meat pie dinner (respectively). You need to drive a few miles to get to them in Mendon, but I can assure you that you will not be disappointed.
