When I was looking to get into the world of H-D, I shopped around and decided on buying from MS Coast HD. All-in-all it took me 4 visits to get my dream bike. Here is what I liked: 1. Wisdom - Even as a new rider, the team treated me with respect. Mac from sales recommend that I take a safety course (excellent), then come back and test drive some bikes, and when I was ready he said he would be a straight shooter in the sales process. 2. Patience - For a new rider I was intimidated test drive process, Trip worked with me to test drive the bike in a way I was comfortable with, not rushing me or telling me I needed to buy a tiny bike to start. 3. Respect - After the test drives, I made a decision and I knew what I should pay. I walked into Macs office, I got a strong deal without having to haggle, we finished "the deal" in about 5-10 minutes with no insults, accusations of "craziness", or "let me go talk to the manager", it was actually a rational process (This was my 6th vehicle purchase, this being the best.). 4. Honesty - I worked with Ben over in customization/parts, who actually guided me away from some parts that I asked about. He understood that I wanted to keep a comfy seat, and steered me away from the bobber. He also encouraged to not rush into "extras", to ride the bike and it would tell me what it needed. Each of these people acted like they owned the place, vested in its success. Bo, at the front, greeted me each time like I had already bought a bike from his store. When people "try" at work, I notice. Thank you.

I must admit that this place is much smaller then the other two dealerships that are realtively close. I do believe though regardless of space that this store is well stocked and well knowledged. Now the sales team is pretty much what you would expect from a sales team, they sell bikes. I believe that if you arent in the mood to buy then you state your reason for being there and they will work with you. Customer Service is straight forward they give no BS and they take no BS. I like that in a service department or any department for that matter. I hate when I go places and all they do is want to "help" when in actuality they just want to make a profit. The people at Gulfcoast Harley care about their jobs and will do the right thing by you if you come in honest and ready for business. I will be returning to this shop time and time again as they have treated me with respect and answered my questions honestly.

On the way to Key West, Fl form Tx. my buddy felt the back of his bike start wobbling we pulled to the side if the road and noticed it was going flat. We where just across the Ms. state line 5 miles from Mike Brunos Northshore Harley Davidson. He called them and they told him they couldnt help him he needed to call a tow truck and have them bring it to the shop and they would try to get the tire on before closing. When the tow truck showed up he said it would be a 100.00 more to take it to Biloxi so he paid the extra and once it was unloaded they got right on it. Also he told the service gal that the tire replacement should be free. She looked and said no it isnt so he told her to go ahead and put the new tire on it. We walked over to Applebees to have some lunch and she called and told him she done more checking and it was free very nice to go the extra distance. The sales staff is awesome.

Worst shop ever to bring your bike to. Bought my new bike from them had a manufacturer defect in neutral switch brought bike in for service took them 3 plus weeks to get the part. And then they wanted to tell me the switch went bad due to wet weather riding. If I was Harley Davidson I would be embarrassed to have them as a dealer. Unprofessional, slow, and extremely over priced for the service they provide. update: so they finally fixed my clutch switch and in the process screwed up the turn signal. How bad of mechanics are they? Will never deal with them again Ill make the ride to Slidell

This dealership is very unprofessional and the service is like going to a shade tree mechanic, they change parts until they find the problem. The staff plays clueless when you caught them in a lie and the manger is a racist idiot that dont believe people of color can afford Harleys. ( News flash people of color are the ones that save Harley from bankruptcy some years back, check the history of the road glide.) Not to mention the owner keep dodging the court papers to be served. This is by far the worst Harley dealership in all of 50 states.

Went in to get a battery replaced on my old 2008 road king and ended up buying a 2013 road glide Dang that was one expensive battery. No Really guys my experience was all good . Ive been trading with them for many a year and always find what I need or get it ordered which does take a week but what the heck Milwaukee isnt next door and really no one can stock all parts and assc. for all bike makes. Staff is always friendly the times Im been their.

Went in to ask a question about wiring for a new fender light. Service writer took me back to speak with the Wrench. He added the connectors to the bare wire, so i didnt have to splice them, for my new after market tail light and gave me a great tip on running the excess wire after I installed it. No charge. They never have much stock of parts but I cant complain about the personalities and the helping hand that I received! Iglide

1st class service. Headed to Daytona, stopped in for a quick diagnostic - just didnt sound right. Harry fixed me up quick. Had free coffee and talked to the morning group of Hoggies. The staff were very pleasant. Mac told me all about the new models. Made me want a new street glide bad. Be sure to catch them on the way back.

Keep going down the road to Slidell. Use your tools if you have to goto this dealer. Every used bike is at least $2000 over retail value. Some even more! They are quick to knock $500 off and tell you they are taking care of you. Buyer beware.

good collection of parts on display and I like prices posted on bikes. only one staff member seemed genuinely interested in providing service ... here actually engaged customers and offered information and readily answered questions.

The people here are very friendly and absolutely hilarious! I went there to get some gear and the person that was helping me was very attentive and entertaining. Would totally go there again just to see the people. 5 stars.
