I initially gave Badger Harley-Davidson a negative review... I am happy to report that after speaking with the store owner/president, Joshua Doughty, my concerns have been put to rest. Joshua listened to me regarding my past experience and took it seriously. He assured me that since he took over ownership in April of 2013, he has been working hard toward making his store the Madison areas first choice in buying and servicing Harley Davidsons products. I am confident that he will achieve his goal through his sincere professionalism and dedication to friendly, knowledgeable and helpful staff who are committed to providing a welcoming environment. Had a great experience at the store today. Called in asking if they would price match an online price for another Wisconsin Harley dealer who was running a sale on a jacket. I asked if they would match the other dealers price and they informed me that they had the jacket, but at a sale price that was even lower! The ladies running the gear/merchandise dept. were all very friendly and helpful. Nice on the phone, and even friendlier in person. (Wish I wouldve gotten their names) Overall, their store has a lot of space and a very nice selection. Ill definitely be back.

We bought our bike in Madison. The finance lady was rude asbthey come. Then had some service work we wanted done. Brought he bike back a couple months later. Service manager was very rude and of no help. When it changed from badger to Madison harley they did a good job cleaning house of poor employees but not good enough. Finance lady and service manager are two important people to keep people happy and coming back. I would not come back for sales because I know shes there and wont come in for service because of his bad attitude.

I have just received some of the best service experience in my life. The warranty Administrator Rick Stockfisch exceeded every possible expectation I could have ever imagined. If you ever find yourself in need of service or repairs in the Madison area I can attest this truly is "The Dealer Who Cares" as their tag line indicates. For those that know me well, Im not a very easily impressed person when it comes to mechanics, but just wow.

Very friendly & helpful staff. It is a joy going to Cap City Harley for any reason anytime. The staff are always happy. They love motorcycles & I never had a question or motorcycle need unanswered! Their motorcycle events are super fun to participate in & professionally organized. Plus, theres usually a charity benefiting so you have an extra feel good feeling. I love this place! Check it!

The word friendly describes my experience at Madison of Harley. From my salesman Scott to our lady in finance. Everybody went the extra mile to take care of us. With the extras I had installed in service, it was done professionally,as well as the people in service made us feel like family. If you want to upgrade your current Harley like I did, Call or stop in and see John Ogden!! Dude is wired!! I spent less then I thought I would and got way more then I imagined!! When I picked it up John and Casey the tech went over the bike and all the upgrades!! They were really concerned with my bike and how I liked it!! 5 Star Service!!!

Reserved a rental bike online for Friday. Received a confirmation number. Called the dealer this morning just to reconfirm. Glad I did. They claim a glitch in the system and they do not have any bikes to rent. No offer to make things right. Just an insincere "Im sorry". Guess I will not deal with this poor dealership anymore.

I was traveling with my wife started having problems with my roadglide "Fish" the service writer open up 20 min. early got me right in and back on the road very smooth and pleasant under less then idea situation all of the staff was polite and social even got rain gear in my size (im a larger guy)
