I am extremely disappointed in the petco grooming staff. I called to schedule an appointment for my dog to get groomed, hes a westie. After gathering my information I was "placed on hold" to see if a groomer would be available. The lady forgot to actually put me on hold. I than went on to hear her and the staff degrading my dog. They went on saying my dog was no good and did not want to deal with a "westie wanna be". The crazy part is that they havent even seen my dog. I could not imagine if I took him their and he would of got hurt while being mistreated because of the mindless judgment they had! I do not recommend this place to anyone who cares about the well being of their animal.

Terrible pet grooming service we waited about 20min to drop off the dogs. Then a gentlemen came in and was attended to immediately got his dog and left. So I asked one of the workers why he was taken care of first while weve been waiting around for 20 min more or less just to drop off the dogs for a haircut. I was told by this lady that I was rude and will be denied service so we are no longer allowed back so we left. Seriously craziest day ever who knows how long we would have been waiting there just to drop off the dogs for a haircut!!!

worst experience ever i introduced 2 plecos from 2 different tanks in the store to 2 separate tanks in my house and both tanks developed ich in only 3 days now my halfmoon betta(blue body with white fins with a blue edge) has a severe case of ich and my malawi cichlid tank has fish dropping left and right im not impressed they need to learn how to keep the sick fish out of their tanks

We love shopping at this Petco. They have everything we need and more! Very knowledgeable and friendly staff. Store is clean and well organized. I also love to see the adorable puppies at their adoption events out front.

I purchased two baby rats here. The "small animal specialist" picked them up by the tail! Both rats had mites and lice. Do not buy ANY rodents here.
