Horrible service! The young lady tried to push us to buy two lenses since they were having a sale(buy one get one +50), but she didnt give us enough time to actually find the right frames. She finally left us alone to look when another customer came in and we had finally made a decision on TWO frames . Never once did she come back to check on us or ask if we were ready to purchase. We waited for at least 15min for someone to help us. We even sat down at one of the purchase counters, and no one ever came. She even forgot to give me back my prescription and said we had never given it to her, which we did since she needed it to look up a pair of frames I had ordered in the past. We finally left, and people at the front desk said "have a nice day" &" thanks for coming in!" They didnt even realize that they had just lost a sale..... I wont be back!

SHAVON IS AWESOME!!! I have used this company & specific store for over 10 years. I have never been treated bad or rudely. The other reviews are not real! Im down to my last pair of glasses as an athlete & professional horticulturalist. I went in & got glasses I like for $107.00 with poly lenses. They even had the spring hinges. Im always treated nicely. She was attentive & nice. Answered all my questions. She didnt even try to up sale me. She knew I had my mind made up & respected it. I went & had lunch at the food court & then went and bought her a cookie to say thank you. She also reshaped & adjusted my Rx sunglasses. The glass were ready in under an hour! Store was clean & everyone was friendly! Been shopping here for over 10 years & sometimes you can even get a massage right outside the shop!

Went there to look for frames, found some but then spent the next hour trying to get an explanation of the quality of lenses. Long story short, I could not get a straight answer or any answer about the type of coating they use, given wrong info about how to clean my glasses. All they kept saying is that its baked on coating. It reminds me of when Radio Shack started hiring younger employees who did not know a thing about electronics. Not electronics like you plug it in and its electrical but what schematics and basic electrical component knowledge. Its kind of like that. I would rather pay more for quality glasses than a pair thats on sale. Not saying they are not quality, Ive never owned a pair from there. I could just not get an answer.

I had read the reviews before going, but I figured Ill take my chances, after all, some ppl are just never happy. I had a great experience. My kids got what they needed/wanted. I never felt I was being over charged and the sales rep, Luis, was extremely helpful and went over all my charges prior to getting my card. Ive dealt with other locations as well and never had an issue. Im thankful for their wonderful customer service.

Absolutely horrible service. I used to order my contacts here every six months and I have trouble every time. One time I ordered them and they forgot to order them so it took a whole month to get my contacts. Six months later I ordered them and they ordered the wrong prescription! They never apologized and acted like it was my mistake. I got my refund and never ordered from there again.

Ive gone there before for my kids. It was a great experience THEN. Just recently revisited for my kids and this time for myself. The young girl Never explained to me that my prescription had to be order n arrived at a later date. Atfer she already processing my payment. SHE WAS QUICK ON CHARGING MY CARD FOR THE PAYMENT.

If i could give 0 stars this place still would rate lower. I walked in with a free eye exam with my insurance and walked out with a 60.00 p air of "trial" one week contacts I can get a year supply for that. I didnt ask for them the doctor just put them in and told me their a trial pair and srt me back to the front.
