Ok this is the absolute worst eye doctor to come to and the staff is as rude as they come. First off the eye doctor completely and unnessiceraly changed my prescription to where I had astigmatism in both eyes. Ive always had slight astigmatism in one of my eyes but have always just dealt with and not had to wear the contacts for it. Well she would not let me get the contacts I had been getting and changed my prescription to where the contacts cost $80 per box versus the $40 I usually had to pay. I even told her I didnt like the contacts with that strength and she wouldnt change it. Second, if you order a pair of glasses it will take almost two months before you get them but they will tell you the maximum time is a week. The staff will roll their eyes at you and are rude. I bought rayban glassss from here and I have to bring them like once a month to get them tightened because they get loose and slip off my face. The receptionist will act like you are begging for money when you ask her to tighten them, And act like its so hard to do. Third, my prescription expired the end of October, when I come early September to buy one more box of the $80 contacts they wouldnt let me buy a box because a box is a 3 month supply. And I would be due in October for another eye exam. This place is a joke! Horrible experiences all the way around. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere more professional! I promise you its not worth your time and definitely not worth the money you will pay.

I never do reviews but was very unpleased with this office. The staff, including dr. Gonzales, are unprofessional, rude, and demeaning. They changed my appointment after having it set up for a couple of days due to a Christmas party, which they overlooked they said and they had to reschedule me. Then at the appointment it took over an HOUR for the doctor to examine my eyes because she needed to help someone else that didnt have an appointment. Then they didnt give me my prescription and it took almost a week to finally get it signed and printed. The kicker was dr. Gonzalez getting upset with me because she had to leave someones eye exam to FINALLY sign my prescription, all of which took 5 seconds. Not only that, but I then she tells me how she cant leave patients waiting and that they always give the prescriptipn after the exam and this was not protocol, however, I had asked both the receptionists if it was okay since she was taking so long and they said yes. The staff is just awful and rude and incompetent. Please go somewhere else. Its not worth it. I wish I had listened to the reviews.

My brother called a day earlier trying to get details on what he needs to do and ect. Nicole was rude and not understand and told him that he didnt even have a file for him stating he was not a patient there at all. When I called the following day for my brother since Nicole was so unpleasant with the behavior there. I spoke with someone else who was not Nicole and she found his file and told me the proper information that I needed to know. So, a week later I called to schedule a appointment for my brother and I had to talk to Nicole who was down right rude. I dont not recommend this place to no one.

I did not experience any rudeness from the staff. However, the doctor was VERY indecisive as to what I should do to improve my vision. He gave me a wide range of options, with little to no advice on which to choose. Ultimately I have to go back because now I have contacts plus reading glasses, plus sunglasses, and I still can NOT see as well as I could 6 months ago! The staff also were very indecisive on how I should best utilize the insurance coverage. So overall, Id give this a low score, but I may revise it once I go back and insist on a change in my prescription.

Unfortunately I had a few experiences at this location. The eye doctor was nice but thats about it. Everything from scheduling and appointment to ordering a pair of glasses is a nightmare. This place is incredible unorganized and the staff is rude. Every time I called I was on hold for about 10 minutes ,and when I had my appointment I had to wait about and hour after my scheduled time to be seen. I would not recommend this place to anyone.

Called waited 4 min hung up called waited 5 min. To make a appt Took morning off for 10.00 am appt they say . Show up and no appt .. been sitting 2.5 hr all I hear is there excuse to customers I sorry I apologize over 50 times ..so I guess customer wast there time and hard earned work for there mistakes .SAD to hear so many. I am sorry & I apologize .. in a 2 5. Hr and still waiting setting

I had a great experience. The eye doctor was very nice and explained in detail everything that was wrong with them as well as what would help them. When my contacts came in they called me promptly to let me know. This is one of the best experiences I have had in a long time with eye doctors.

Rudest place I have ever been. Lied to me about having an opening but told the hispanic woman, in spanish, behind me they were wide open and she could go right in. They didnt know that I understood spanish and knew what they were saying. Dont waste your time going there.
