My family has been going to this flower shop for years and weve always been happy. I recently used River Dell for my wedding and I wouldnt change a thing about my experience. Brian was a true pleasure to work with. He paid close attention to detail and was organized about everything. He was often the one to reach out to me because he was so on top of things. I was truly impressed by the level of professionalism. Being that I had a winter wedding, traditional flower displays were not quite what I was looking for. I showed Brian several photos and he created the most beautiful centerpieces. All of the individual flowers were also done so tastefully with little touches of winter greens mixed in. Most importantly, I told Brian my budget and he didnt go a penny over it! When my flowers arrived that day, my eyes welled up with tears because I was so happy with how they were done. This shop is a true gem and I couldnt imagine anyone being unhappy with their work.

On the morning of my wedding, I arrived to a different florist to pick up preordered bouquets only to find out the florist was closed. After phone calls and emails, I came to find out this other florist had forgotten about my order and were unhelpful in resolving the issue. Upon a recommendation from a friend, I called River Dell Flowers and they made me and my maid of honors beautiful bouquets within 1 hour! They were completely understanding of my urgent situation and weee gracious enough to help me out on short notice. I cannot thank River Dell Flowers enough for being a wonderful and caring business and providing me with a beautiful bouquet for my wedding. 5 stars with a heart-felt thank you.

Brian is a professional and great guy. I was completely BLOWN AWAY by his work for our wedding. I think if I wasnt so preoccupied that morning and didnt have my makeup done, I would have just happily cried over the bouquets out of gratitude. They were so so so beautiful. From the smallest details (corsages) to the bigger ones (bouquets, table arrangements) the work was so detailed and stunning and consistent with my vision. I cannot believe how well he was able to take a few photos and comments of mine and put together something better than what I pictured. He is a true floral artist.

Had a bad experience with another florist who did a terrible job on a prom boutineer. The ladies could not have been nicer and more sympathetic- they immediately said they could make one, and it was exactly what we wanted, and less expensive than the first one! Wish we had gone there from the start, and will definitely be back next time we need flowers!

One thing I found out ; when you buy flowers in a big box store or a grocery store or a drug store, they NEVER LAST! I buy my flowers at RiverDell Florist and they last at least 2 weeks ! Every /any arrangement I ask for, I have never been disappointed ! AND the staff is so incredibly NICE and so helpful ! Thank you for your service every time !!

Ordered flowers for my Moms birthday and she said they were absolutely gorgeous. Fresh, beautifully arranged and delivered on time. I also ordered a fruit basket for Mothers Day and again - my Mom said it was wonderful An amazing selection of large, fresh, juicy fruits. Will definitely order from River Dell again.
