I wrote a horrible review a ferw months ago I am Michael who started out with "ABSOLUTE GARBAGE"... I want to DELETE my review but cannot figure out how... Google should make that part easier. I gave Adams a horrible review because they let me down on a special day for my wife and the money a spent was a lot to me. BUT ADAMS FARMS FIXED THE PROBLEM AND MADE EVERYTHING GREAT !!! ONCE I SPOKE WITH THE RIGHT MANAGER SHE WAS FANTASTIC AND NOT ONLY FIXED THE MY ISSUE BUT DID SO MUCH MORE... I ENDED UP BEING SO PLEASED AND HAPPY AND CAN TELL THAT THEY DO REALLY CARE AND I WOULD REFER THEM TO ANYONE. I OBVIOUSLY HAD AN UNUSUAL EXPERIENCE FOR THEM AND I FORGIVE ADAMS FOR THIER LACK OF SERVICE THAT ONE TIME. I truly am so happy with the service and attention I recieved and all it took was getting the right person on the phone. Adams should be very happy that they have management that cares so much about customers and thier satisfaction. I wish I remember the name of the lady that helped me to give her a shout out but you know who you are and I am pleased you did so much to help me and change my opinion about your company. You did great work the second time around and my wife and I have already been back to purchase more because you are so GREAT !!! EXCELLENT JOB KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK!!! Sorry I cant delete my post but I will figure it out because you guys deserve the credit after taking care of me the way you did.

ABSOLUTE GARBAGE !!!! I arranged for my wife to recieve a beautiful bouquet of tulips with a special rose (my personal request) as displayed on thier Valentines Day flower page. What my wife received was a big green bush in a cheap vase with bow that looked like a 2nd grader put it together. The flowers looked as if they were picked fresh from the dump and I can tell they put about 2 minutes worth of work into something I hoped would make Valentines Day special for my love. When I called to express my displeasure the florist was short and her apologies could not have been any less sincere. They should have stepped up and and put something together that was worth the $50 I paid and re-delivered the flowers to my wifes business which is conveinently located across the street. Do yourself a favor and DONT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY AT ADAMS FAIRACRE FARMS !!!! THE SERVICE IS HORRIBLE, THE STAFF IS HORRIBLE, AND YOU WOULD THINK THEY COULD AT LEAST DELIVER THE FLOWERS ACROSS THE STREET BUT.... THEY MESSED THAT UP TOO !!! AN ABSOLUTE HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE IN EVERY SENSE OF THE WORD!!! THEY SHOULD BE ASHAMED OF THEMSELVES!!! Please do yourself a favor if you think about buying for them and go to PRO-FLOWERS or a reputable vendor because these guys are a joke and dont deserve any business. Thanks for a "GREAT" Valentines day!

I placed an order from the bakery department and let me just say I was very VERY disappointed. Let me start by saying that when I placed the order I asked for a fondant Hello Kitty tier cake for my daughters birthday ... Let me just say that the decorations on the cake was horrific and half done. The baker literally only just decorated the front of the cake instead of the entire cake. He literally did a half-ass job on the decorations. The hello kitty piece that was suppose to be the main eye catcher didnt even look hello kitty. Now, that was just on the decorations let me discuss about the actual quality of the cake . The top tier was suppose to be a yellow cake with strawberry filling and the bottom a chocolate cake with vanilla buttercream filling. The cake was completely different from what I ordered. The top tier was a yellow lemon cake with buttercream filling and the bottom was chocolate with strawberry filling. Nonetheless, they charged me a hefty price for what I got. The baker did a half ass job on my cake and completely got my order wrong. NEVER AGAIN will I EVER go and place a cake with them .

Adams is what one would describe as a "premier" store in our area. Adams is THE place for fresh, usually locally sourced produce, grass fed beef & high quality meats and chicken. Great seafood market. The in house bakery is to die for... Adams is also known for its wide array of specialty and gourmet products. Fresh cheeses, breads, condiments, organic and fresh dairy products, great deli and store made take out foods, as well as one of the best salad bars in the area. There is also a huge nursery and garden store which turns into Christmas central during the holiday season. Staff is generally knowledgeable and courteous, check out lines are well staffed and move quickly. Adams prices for some items are more expensive than a traditional supermarket, save for produce, but you get what you pay for, and shopping at Adams is certainly worth the trip and your palate will thank you!

Adams is a nice, quality grocery store with plenty of your atypical mainstream products along with some boutique, artisanal items. The produce and dry goods are exactly what I expect from a grocery store. Its always funny to see posts with people saying "fresh" this or "fresh" that - well, fresh as opposed to what? Rotten or not fresh? I mean come on! If something is frozen, that does not mean it is now un-fresh or a subpar product. A perfect example of this is fish. People go to buy fish and they will buy the " Fresh never Frozen" choices, and are willing to pay extra per pound for them, because they believe they are getting a superior product. Well guess what? Every single fish is froze at some point prior to being sold on the market - and thats fact. The FDA requires it. So everyone just chill on the "fresh" buzzwords and focus on the tangible characteristics of your food.

Its like a farmers market in a grocery store. They have an extensive nursery. All different types of outdoor decor and gardening products that are high quality. The produce department is filled with every kind of fruit and vegetable, locally farmed and freshly stocked. Lost of meat options with a butcher on site. The fish selections are great I love their crusted fish selections. The also have fresh pasta and cheeses and lots of items that you cant find anywhere else. They have a candy maker with every imaginable candy. There is a gift store with lots of crafted items. The bakery offers many delishus selections of baked breads, cakes and pastries. Finally there always many checkout lanes open.

Adams is what grocery stores market themselves as now a days. But unlike other, Adams delivers. But it doesnt deliver on its promises of fresh produce, diverse items, and local, outstanding quality as part of a new marketing initiative; its been doing all of this since it opened circa 1997. From the grocery items, to produce, to the bakery, everything is great and still affordable. Most of the stuff here you can get in the city, but for up here its one of the only of its kind. But then again, things here tend to be fresher because theyre fresher from the farms they come from. If you live nearby and really enjoy food, make sure to go check it out.
