I come here often, but yesterday will be my last time ever going there. They used to have a great manager and nice employees but they recently changed there whole staff and not one of them knew what they are doing. One lady told me All rope chains are hollow there are no such thing as solid rope chains... LOL and the other employee told me the chains are half and half ... what?!? They were also VERY RUDE. My boyfriend was interested in a chain so he put the chain on to see how it looked and kindly asked if they could take the charm off to see what it would look like without it and the man says "you cant tell by looking at it, its a tiny charm" and refused to do so. My boyfriend put the chain back but decided to look at it one more time with the lady now helping us and the same man that wouldnt take the charm off walks over and says "you really have to look at it again?" Therefore I will never shop there again very poor employment!!

So I decided I needed to pawn something to get by, cause its only temporary and not the fix, least to say but these people treat customers as second class citizens. I went there today to try and get a loan. It started out well until this techno guru decided to put his two sense in it. How are you going to use EBAY as a reference to decide the amount of money your willing to loan out and then you dont read the entire post but decide that its the price listed. If you read it properly you would have seen that the item didnt have all the accessories I have. If your going to use EBAY as a reference, make sure you read the entire post so that its fair to the customer as well. Dont be a fool do your research or these people will ROB you and I dont have to go home to see what else I got. Next time ill go to your house and see what YOU got. Jerk..

I have had morning but wonderful experiences here they are amazing they make me fill like family everytime I walk in the door theyre so understanding and very patient abs have gone over and beyond to work with us they have done and now then they have to and as long as you keep in contact with them they do everything they can for you Ive never had such an awesome experience ever in Any other pawn shop in my life and I had promised years ago Id never deal with one again but thank God I found this one and have then a chance there honestly people and I thank yall for everything I will only ever go here no over one thanks

Like most have said their staff is a revolving door. But after doing business with them after 15yrs both selling, pawning, and buying today was the last straw. Went in to sell some movies and I was shock to get an offer of $1 a movie. When I asked why so low the response from the rep was "we have some many we dont bother going through titles" aka " we are too lazy to get you the true value of your item so take it or leave" I took my items to the awesome value pawn off kings and 60 there the staff is always nice and they will give you true Value of your Item. This location will rip you off...

Terrible customer service from start to finish. It took over an hour to be seen for the initial loan and then the following two months when calling to make a payment I was told I needed to call back in 15 minutes 3 times for a total of 45 minutes and was hung up on before saying yes or no about calling back the first time. I will NEVER do business with this value pawn again. This was my worst pawn shop experience ever and I am a frequent pawn shop customer. Do yourself a favor and go down the street to one of the other many pawn shops in the area.

Many associates very rude in the (Brandon) and Seffner stores they close when they want to regardless of what their hours of operation say on the door Ive been doing business with these people for many years when they do get a good associate in there they transfer them they treat people like their drug addicts trying to get money not everyone is a drug addict.

i love value pawn and live right by this one however i dont come here there is one lady that works there with glasses..,. she is soooo rude she has no customer service at all. value pawn is great however this one is not ... do not go to the one or you will get treated like crap.

Would give 0 stars. Beware they are selling devices that do not work . they didnt tell us it was broken and said it was AS IS. but when we bought it there was nothing advertising that it was Being sold as it . they refuse to take it back or give us store credit or anything.

Bought a used xbox 360, fair price, although I have seen better prices since, but the controller was messed up and when I asked for a different controller they tried to give me one that was worse! I should have just gone somewhere else, it would have been worth the extra gas.

These people are crazy I wanted a loan on a sunex tool cart thats work $700 new. My son had the the cart for less than two months, they offered me 100.00 to sell and for a loan. I asked him why was he trying to low ball me.

DO NOT SELL YOUR GOLD HERE!!!! RIP-OFF ARTISTS!!! THEY DO NOT PAY TOP DOLLAR. GO to GOLDPROS in the mall.....they gave me 50% more and didnt treat me like I was a piece of garbage like they do at VALUE PAWN!!!!!

Horrible. Dont know what they doing. Waiting 30 minutes. Customer skipped us and they trying to get a mile for an inch. Our item worth thousands and they trying to buy for $135. These people RETARDED.
