Me and my wife had went here to look at rings and of course my wife found one she like and it was just a engagement ring so when it got closer to wedding we went back to see if we could get something to go with the engagement ring and the owner that dose the commercials took the ring side let me see what we got 5min latter come back and said we dont have much so as my wife was disappointed I side lets jut go to the mall so we did got approved for a very nice 1 carrot diamond ring but before we went we went to cash for gold and the wome tould us that she could give us 40 for ring and the DIAMOND WAS FAKE she even offered to write something saying that the Diamond is fake the owner is a joke dont waste your time or get ripped off

My husband went to pawn plus to buy me a blue wedding set. He stood there for 15 or so minutes as he watched some lady dump all types of jewelry out of cups and envelopes searching for this set as she asked him where he seen it after he he showed her a picture of it!.....I had my heart set on this wedding ring set but Im releaved that he came home empty handed! I WOULD NEVER WANT A PIECE OF JEWELRY TO REPERSENT MY MARRIAGE THAT WAS TREATED LIKE IT WAS JUNK! I wouldnt even treat costume jewelry this way maybe invest in some cases maybe.........Hmmmm organization works great and will want people to buy from pawn plus! If you wrote a good review on this place you must have ties here.

I worked here one summer, years ago. The owners family. Part of my work was to visit every pawnshop in the Cleveland area. They all purchase jewelry based on the weight of the gold. I was proud to find I worked at the pawnshop that gave the best money. Its because the owner is a fair-minded guy. If you want to pawn or sell something, take it to a couple different places, including this one, and see who offers you the best price. Also - if you dont know what youre doing, dont pay retail prices for jewelry. Its often marked way, way up. Not $5k for something worth $165 - dont know what that was all about - but still pretty bad.

EDITED: Would not even give 1 star. The manager Lisa was rude and hung up on me. Then I called back and she did not pick up. After the 3rd time trying she had someone else pick up the phone and lie and say she was gone. Poor customer service skills and definetly not manager material! Plus this Paw shop is a RIP OFF! They offered $150 for a PS4, 2 controllers, 15 ps4 games as well as the controller charger and ps4 camera... They lost my boyfriends PS4 and all the stuff with it somehow. Smh. I will be calling the owner and letting them know about Lisa and her poor manager skills. They need new management ASAP.

I would just like to take a moment to commend this establishment for their great service and experiance.They have truly been a blessing in hard times I would recommend them to everyone.You cant obviously expect them to help u out if you walk in with certain items such as skateboards and ect..items that do not carry any type of marketable value or just not popular whatsoever they run a buisness.

Most Anoying pawn shop Ive ever been to. I went I looking for a TV. They have no sales accociates, you have to go wait in line in the pawn side, then when its your turn they will walk you to the store. All I wanted to do is look at some TVs and buy one but instead I went somewhere else. I refuse to wait in line to look, thats just bad business and not sure how they are still open.

Extremely helpful. The young guy in the commercials went out of his way to make sure I understood everything about the whole process. I see some negative reviews here, but my experience was awesome and I felt very at ease despite being nervous and not sure what to expect when I first went in.

Worst pawn shop Ive ever been too, they low ball everyone and if the same items you bring in go for $50 to $100 on eBay they will hit you with a offer of $20, its Christmas time and they are just robbing people at hard times, Ill never let anyone I know go there.

Total idiots went to sell a PSP vita both people worked there had no idea to work the system then offered me 20$ for my system I know pawn shops are here to make a profit but 4x profit is not cool
