My wife and I had been looking for a new car for my son who just got his license. Our main goal was safety features and a reasonable price. We had done a bunch of research and found the Jeep Cherokee to have all the safety features, to be a cool looking car and was actually really reasonably priced. Moreover, the interior of the car was gorgeous as well. I was recommended to Fernando Gulla at Larchmont Chrysler by a friend who had just bought the same car for her son. Fernando was beyond amazing to deal with. He knew every feature of the car, did not pressure us at all and was just a really nice guy to deal with. In any event, at the urging of my mother-in-law, we decided to also get a quote from White Plain Chrysler and after going there and waiting for over 25 minutes just to meet with a sales person, he knew very little about the car and spent more time asking me questions about me so that he could input same into his system which took forever. Moreover, his pricing was much higher than Larchmont and it was clear to me that it would have been a full blown negotiation type arrangement. I basically walked out and immediately went back to Larchmont and Fernando and bought the car on the spot. The entire process took 20-30 minutes and was ridiculously painless. It was night and day from White Plains. I highly recommend Fernando if you want a Jeep. He was awesome.

Jesus Vergara nos dio un excelente servicio e información, explicación adecuada sobre los precios, las mensualidades y con el seguro del auto, sobre todo con el seguro del carro en el cual estaba otro auto que no me pertenecía y claro saber que el seguro sería menos la mensualidad eso fue genial. Nos describió con detalle todo el contenido del carro y sobre el seguro extendido que no es mucho el costo pero como lo pienso tener por mucho tiempo es más que perfecto, sobre su persona fue bastante amable, agradable, con mucha paciencia y por supuesto claro en su explicación, muchas gracias por toda su ayuda...

Ive purchased or helped friends purchase many cars from many dealerships. Its always the same hustle from these sales guys, they just want to shove whatever car they think you like down your throat at the price where they can make the most money, and the "incentives" and add-ons. Cant forget about getting that rustolium for underneath the car! Well I was expecting the same thing at this dealership but went anyway. I walked in and the sales guys were all working at their desk, it just took opening and closing a few car doors for Jesus to show up and ask to help me find a car, here we go I thought to myself. Instead what I got was an experience like no other before. Jesus and this family owned dealership gave me a wonderful no-pressure experience to purchase the car I was looking for in the color I wanted. Im very happy with choosing this dealership and working with Jesus to purchase my 75th Anniversary GREEN Jeep Renegade! I highly recommend looking for Jesus when you go to this dealership, tell him I sent you! ODiN

Horrible experience after asking for the refund which was promised to me of 500. On January 16th I was interested in the jeep renegade. After putting down the down-payment of 500 dollars . Jesus my salesman said if I change my mind they will refund me the money. Great. On January 20th I decided on a Mazda instead. I called and I RECORDED THE CONVERSATION of them saying I WILL receive my refund in 5 to 7 days. Its now FEBRUARY 5th . Guess what? No one has returned my calls. Or my money . Thank God for Bank of America. I saved the recording and the names of the men I spoke too. Oh by the way after speaking with someone on the 20th a strange voice called my phone and said "there will be no refund" then hung up on me. I called back to ask wtf was that about. And of course no one knew what I was talking about. But its 2017 and everything is recorded. I contacted them 3 times about my refund and nothing has been done on their end , not even a follow up phone call.

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE I was recommended to them by a friend. I have a 2012 Chrysler mini Van. Every time I called there, I could not get through. First day I called 3 times attempting to speak to the Service Mgr. Joe. First someone told me that he was there but did not know where, so I said I would call back. Called back a couple of hours later and they told me he was with a customer. Called back a little while later and was informed that he was not there and had taken the day off. CAN YOU BELIEVE THAT ?? Called the next day 4 times, put me on hold, hung up on me. Called back again asking for Joe, said he was around to please call back. Called again and kept getting transferred from one person to another. THANK GOD, I DID NOT PURCHASE MY CAR THERE, No ONE seems to know what they are doing, even the phone operator. Disgraceful...... DO NOT EVER BUY A CAR FROM THESE PEOPLE.

It was an easy decision to return to Larchmont Chrysler, Jeep, Dodge. Their sales team is courteous, knowledgeable, and willing to work with you on any issues you may have. My Sales & Leasing Consultant was Fernando Gulla. He immediately made me feel comfortable and wasn’t pressuring me into anything. Far from what you would expect from the stereotypical car salesman. I had a few specific criteria that needed to be met, and Fernando was able to accomplish them, while getting me a great deal. I would highly recommend stopping in to Larchmont Chrysler, Jeep, Dodge if you are in the market for one of their new vehicles. I love my new Jeep, and couldn’t be happier with the leasing process. I just recently purchased a 2014 Jeep Grand Cherokee from Larchmont Chrysler Jeep. My mom purchased one about six months ago and had such a pleasant experience I figured I would give them a shot as well. I am so happy I did!! I worked with Fernando who was an absolute pleasure to deal with from my first trip in to test drive cars though my final trip in to pick up my truck. I have leased various cars and SUVs over the years and I have to say hands down this is the best experience I have ever leasing a new vehicle and my Jeep and by far my favorite car out of all the ones I have had so far. I would highly recommend Larchmont Chrysler Jeep to anyone looking for a stress free car buying experience.

DO NOT BUY OR LEASE FROM HERE. - They change the price on the day of the signing after agreeing to a price the day before. - I was charged an additional 2,750 on a lease on top of the agreed amount. - I was told bed liner included in the truck and on the day of the signing it was not installed and I was forced to pay an additional $250.00 for it. - My temp registration was beyond the 30 day mark. (No accountability for where my reg is). - Buy out of my previous car was mailed in 30 days late so I was charged 1 month for my old car on top of the new truck payment. I would never recommend these people to anyone they are disorganized and will never assist with you after you sign on the dotted line.
