Im beyond sad that I purchased my car from Best auto Outlet in August 2016 and have to report that I am taking public transportation today since my car wont start. I came here to purchase my FIRST car... the gentleman (cant remember his name at the moment) did all my paperwork.... The next day I had to go back because he put all the wrong VIN numbers on all my paperwork! As a human, I understand things happen... RIGHT? Well I got home and again realized that he didnt change the information for my registration. Guess what I had to do again... GO BACK!!!!! #1 - I live in Brooklyn and work 15 hour days - so going to and from here was not an easy task. The same gentleman that I dealt with promised that he would fill my tank - well when I went back he wasnt there so the young lady asked if I could come back.... Really? I felt terrible for her because she was the messenger - I told her absolutely not. Another gentleman took his money and filled up my tank. Well from August to last week (not even three months later) I am running errands - come back to my car and my car wont start... THIS CANT BE MY LIFE!!!! I inconvenienced my family members and someone came and gave me a boost. At that time I realized the Battery terminals are all corroded - So I go to Auto Zone and purchase new terminals and pay someone there to change them for me. Ok - so this should be the end of my disappointment and headaches right... NOT Quite!!!! Im driving to Long Island (lemme stress the fact that Im from Brooklyn) to go on a job interview... I go on the interview come out and my car wont automatically unlock when I press the button - Now this shouldnt be the case because of course I needed to change the battery already and have done so within this 3 month span of getting the car - Either way, I take the key out put it in the door - put my foot on the brake, press the button to start the car and NOTHING!!!!! DAMNNNNNNNNN!!!!!! Im in the middle of no where - what the hell am I gonna do - Well I inconvenience yet another family member to drive from Brooklyn to Long Island to give me another jump.... Again Im thinking this cant be life! I drive to Brooklyn park up - purchase an battery jumper. Get in my car again - have to give the car a jump in order for it to start and take it to Auto Zone. They then test the battery - and thats fine but my alternator needs to be replaced. I call BEST AUTO OUTLET - get transferred to Jeremy or Jeremiah (cant remember which name) - this is Monday around 1pm. I ask him what my options are since I PAID ADDITIONAL money to have a warranty put on the car. I dont have the actual warranty - I would blame that on the guy that sold me the car cause he was all over the place and screwed up all my paperwork to begin with but I cant prove that. Since Monday I have been given the run around about this paperwork and what my options are for this 3 month 2014 Nissan Altima I purchased from BEST AUTO OUTLET. I woke up this cold morning with appointments to meet and to much of my disappointment had to take public transportation because Im carless... (Being on the bus by 530 to then get on two trains because I dont have a working car is beyond frustrating) I have been exchanging phone calls and text messages with Jeremy or Jeremiah since Monday - he promised me last night that he wasnt jerking me around. As of 9:54am on Wednesday I still dont know what my options are as a consumer to do. I called back and spoke to Ryan at 9am who said he the office doesnt open until and he will TRY to help me but that its my fault and I should have the paper work! With all that said, Im pretty sure I wont be coming back to purchase any more cars from them and nor will I be referring anyone else to this establishment. I did ask Ryan to speak to an Owner or someone that can actually get stuff done and he said to just wait until the office opens.... Who would of thought 3 months after buying a car that Id be carEless... THIS IS A FIRST TIME BUYERS NIGHTMARE!!!!!!!!!!!

***** It is important to me as customer that the dealership has employees which are honest, friendly and personable. These qualities not only allow dealership to make one sale but builds customer loyalty that ensures future sales from the same customer, their family member and friends. My interaction with Best Auto Outlet staff was extremely positive. It started with when I called Sandi for an inventory check (Toyota Camry), whom was very friendly and honest and ensured me that what I was looking for was in stock. We went to the dealership and the cars that I called about were there (Huge plus for the dealership!!!). Then, we were introduced to the sales rep. (Jeremy), whom was very friendly, personable and honest. We ended up not getting the car that we called about since it didn’t have the options we were looking for, however my brother radiated towards an X5 that was in stock. The conversation shifted towards the BMW X5. Then, we met the finance manager (Shahid) whom was very straightforward, resourceful and honest. Within about a half an hour we were driving back with an X5. I would recommend Best Auto Outlet and their friendly staff to everyone, to my friends and family. Although this is a positive review for the Best Auto Outlet. I would like to explain what I don’t like about car dealerships that I have visited previously. These days it is rare that someone will go into a dealership without looking at vehicles online first. I have often looked at the cars online first and then call the dealership to see if they have them in stock (as I did when I spoke with Sandi). I hate nothing more than a dealer lying to me about an inventory being in stock. And often they just advertise a car at a lower price and when you go there for some miraculous reason someone always buys that vehicle 5 minutes before you get there!! (Or that vehicle just happens to disappear from the lot!!). In reality this is just a scam to get customers in and an attempt to sell them something else. It is very frustrating, it wastes so much time and money. Within last 5 five years between me and my brother we have bought more than 5 vehicles and I often call beforehand for an inventory check. If I arrive at the dealership and the car I asked for is not in stock I just walk right out and never go back to that dealership (even if they have something better for a cheaper price). So my recommendation to anyone is to call ahead and confirm that what you are looking for is in stock.

We found an SUV online that we were interested in and emailed Best Auto Outlet to inquire about it. Within an hour or so, we got a call from Indira to schedule a test drive the next day. When we went to the lot, Indira showed us a few SUVs we were interested in and that were within our price range. She was careful not to show us cars that she knew we couldnt afford. We were not particularly thrilled with what we saw at first, but then Indira showed us an SUV that they had just picked up from another lot a couple hours earlier that was just a little out of our price range. It turned out that we really liked this little SUV and we wanted to buy it. Indira spoke to her financial manager and they went above and beyond to work out a deal so we could afford it. Before we finalized everything, they walked us through our options for an extended warranty and financing making sure we were still within our price range. They told us what we needed for the insurance company and what information to come back with. They looked over the entire car before we left and made sure everything was in working order. They even replaced an overhead light that had burnt out. During our test drive, Indira had noticed a chip in the windshield and told us about it and they had their glass guy fix it for us, no charge to us. Everyone at Best Auto Outlet was incredibly polite and personable. We never felt pressured to buy and we were very happy with our entire experience. We highly recommend Best Auto Outlet for anyone looking for a smooth car buying experience.
