When you walk into Nissan of New Rochelle , everything looks nice. The guys are super friendly. They even ring a bell, shake your hand and SING to you when you buy a car. All the salesmen at the same time like its your birthday at a restaurant. The great customer service basically stops at that very moment. My husband is a dialysis patient who cant afford to have a car break down on him right now. He went into the dealership looking for a RELIABLE vehicle. He stressed the word reliable to them multiple times. They assured him over and over that this truck was great and if he had any issues, he can come back. We were buying from a dealership and not from craigslist or from someone random because we thought a vehicle being "Nissan Certified" meant something, but apparently not. The first day we had the vehicle, the tire sensor alarm lit up. We went back to the dealership and sat around for a few hours while they looked at it. They said they fixed it so we left. The next day, the tire sensor alarm lit back up. We went in again, waited a few hours and they said it was repaired. This went on for over 3 weeks. We would go home and the truck would be fine for a few days and then the sensor would light back up. Eventually they fixed it. My husband spent between 35-40 hours in their dealership during that time, waiting. We asked that our 30 day warranty be restarted since we had spent the entire month basically sitting around their showroom waiting for repairs. They denied our request but assured us that if anything went wrong, we could come in. I didnt like the sound of that, but my husband was tired of dealing with them, so he left. A month later, our car wont start. We find out its the alternator. So ALLLLLLL those times the truck was in there garage, no one saw the alternator was about to go, huh?!?!?!? The guy at Auto Zone seemed to know more about our car than the mechanics at the Nissan of New Rochelle dealership. He told us that they would have known the alternator was gonna go when they ran the tests. They CHOSE to sell it to us that way. We went into the dealership and they told us they would fix it for $700. So, we havent had the car running right for a solid month and already need to put $700 into it....and lemme tell you, this car wasnt cheap!!!!!!!! Im so disappointed with this experience. This is my third Nissan and I like their vehicles but never will I ever buy another one again. I should have gone over there. My advice for the owner is to read some of the complaints people are making about your dealership and clean up your service. For a $700 alternator you guys lost a life long customer. Is it worth it? Thats horrible business.

I wouldnt spend a dime here. My fiance and I called Premium to get info on a Maxima that we saw online. A salesperson named Roland told him that it was available, and we let him know that we were driving an hour and a half to come see it. -we arrived at Premium and met Roland who told us he would get the key to the car for us. -we waited about 30 mins in the lot with no sign of Roland, and no one available to answer any of our questions. -Roland finally got the key. We waited some more. We waited probably a good hour before I inquired as to whether or not there was someone else who could help us since we had been standing around for an hour. -Roland shows up and says he was waiting to get us a plate so we could test drive the car. We wait some more. -Roland shows up with a plate and gives us the key. -We cant start the car b/c its the WRONG key. -Roland gives us the right key. We like the car but the body has some minor damage that needs addressing and the rims are in bad shape with big scratches. -We talk to Roland about what needs fixing. This takes alot more time b/c all Roland does is argue. -Roland finally agrees on what repairs will be made. He puts paperwork on his desk so that we can agree on a price. -Roland leaves to talk to his manager.. He comes back to tell us that there is a MINOR PROBLEM. While we were negotiating, after being there 3 hours, the Maxima that we JUST TEST DROVE was sold. When we ask how a car could be sold when we had been there for 3 hours waiting and negotiating on it, Roland says that "Until you make a deposit, its anybodys car". He also said that he had first dibs on it so he was going to take care of it. -Roland comes back to the table and offers us a newer model for $4k more. After some more b.s....we left and thanked God that we didnt give them a dime. The customer service was absolutely HORRIBLE, AND THERE IS NO WAY I WOULD BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM. As a matter of fact, someone else said they had been there 4 hours, and everyone in there looked miserable.

After searching and searching for cars online. Then having to visit the dealerships to see these cars. We were blessed with the right dealership, the right salesman and the right car. Christopher Carfora was amazingly professional, courteous and very very punctual. Ill tell you why these things and these qualities are so important when youre searching for a car. I always called ahead of time to make sure the car was available. Then I make an appointment and go visit the car and the salesperson. One time I went to see a car and it was piled up behind multiple other cars. This was Honda of Staten Island and it had an American flag pole on top of the car. The salesman never even took the flag pole off the car. Chrysler Dodge on Boston Road in the Bronx had me go all the way over there look through 3 different lots for a car that hasnt been there in months even though I called ahead of time. I have many more stories since my search was for 3 months long but I wont bore you. When I call Nissan New Rochelle Christopher was the person who answered the phone , he kindly put me on hold and went and checked to see if the car was available. He made an appointment for me and told me to come and test drive the car hell have it ready for me. When I got there the car was ready, cleaned, turned on with dealer plates. Ready to go!!!. No waste of my time whatsoever. The negotiation took less than 5 minutes. The next day when I return with my family to pick up the car it too went smooth quickly and no gimmicks. Christopher even went out of his way to put a red bow on this car since it was my daughters first car. This is why Nissa of New Rochelle should be rated the number one dealer ship in New York City. After visiting 23 dealerships only one executed and gave great customer service. Even if its use or new buy it at Nissa of New Rochelle and ask for Christopher!!. Thanks you all for ending my nightmare and making my daughters dreams come true.

I purchased a used truck on January 6th 2017 and traded in my old truck. The salesman had asked me twice if I owed anything on my trade in and I told him I thought it was around $2500. But wasnt exactly sure how much, he asked who I had it financed through and I told him. I also explained to him numerous times that I wanted my new payment to be as close to my current one as possible. He told me the finance guy is good what he does and not to worry about it. Before I even seen the finance guy, they had switched my insurance and plates over to the new vehicle. Well to my surprise, when I finally seen the finance guy my new payment was over twice the amount of my old one. Because of the year and mileage of the new truck, I agreed. I signed the paperwork. Fast forward 2 weeks, I notice that a payment was taken out of my bank account for my old truck, so I called my finance company and they said the truck was not played off. I called the dealership and got the runaround, they told me they thought my truck was played off. I explained to them that the salesman was told twice and I reminded the finance guy that I told him that we had spoke about the new payment being more than twice my old payment. They asked me to come in on the following Friday to get this corrected, I showed up and sat there for 1:45 minutes before the finance guy would talk to me. He said it would take him a while to fix it and he would call me Monday, well no phone calls and when I try to call, no one will speak to me. The receptionist even stopped answering her phone when she sees my number come up. This is the worst experience I have ever had buying a vehicle. Will never go back there, now Im responsible for 2 payments. Oh, and still no information on how or where to make my new payment!!!!!
