My experience here was so memorable! I purchased my first car here and really appreciated that Jude Leblanc went above and beyond to answer all of my questions and concerns. I worked with him from beginning to end and I think that was my favorite part about the whole experience. I didnt feel pressured having to haggle with the pricing or having to deal with a salesman and a finance person or banker; it was one person from beginning to the end of the sale. He was very personable and extremely accommodating, considering my three nephews and niece were tagging along with me that day. I was offered additional features to purchase with my car, they had a few different "extended warranty" type packages that you can take advantage of at any time, but because of my budget I declined. I will be adding it on at a later time though. However, I did take advantage of the PermaPlate package that I could only do at time of sale and it covers the interior and exterior of my vehicle in case any damages occur. I can see how a person might be upset about the pricing afterwards if they werent paying attention or if they just said "yes" to everything without asking the needed questions, but Jude was very up front about the additional cost with and without these features. I knew exactly what I was opting into. They also fixed my alignment, since we noticed it was a little off during the test drive, and I even got a car wash sticker for my car that has a chip inside and it allows me to use it at any of their locations. I was at the dealership for a few hours working out kinks with my new car insurance, but they provided coffee and water and even some snacks for the kiddos while we were finishing up. The staff here really goes above and beyond and because of this experience I will be referring any of my friends and family to EchoPark!

I absolutely dislike auto shopping due to the fact of High pitch and pushy sales people. So I will be honest I was already ready to be pushy back. However, to my surprise Echo Park Stapleton was exactly the opposite of what I had expected. The Porter Adam Yamada was extremely friendly and polite, introduced me to two wonderful guides Adam Ciotola and Jude Leblanc. I wanted to look at 2 different vehicles, one was there at Stapleton. Without having to give blood, I was able to test drive the one vehicle accompanied by Adam Yamada to the Highlands location where the other vehicle I wanted to see was. When I arrived at the Highlands location, the guides and staff there were also very friendly. Allowed me to test drive the other vehicle accompanied by Adam. None of the staff rushed me as I weighed pros and cons between the two. I decided on the 2nd vehicle. Drove back to Stapleton with this vehicle so that I could see what they would do for my old car. I obtained a very fair trade for my old car. Adam Ciotola and Jude LeBlanc discussed all my options, whether I wanted to finance through my own lender or theirs it was totally up to me. No pressure at all, showed me extended warranty and perma plate options, explained what they are what they cover/not cover and left it completely up to me. Such a relaxed and laid back atmosphere and completely different experience. I would highly recommend buying from Echo Park. The lot, office, shop, restrooms were very well kept up, clean, and not cluttered.

I took my 07 Mustang convertible in to schedule an oil change and tire rotation, and couldnt have been more surprised to have it serviced right then...it was also discovered during routine checks that my battery was way down on cranking power, not a good thing with another Denver winter approaching, they also put in a new battery, and I was later told the old one was almost 6 years old, it gave a full service life, and new wiper blades as well. The story might have ended there, but the next morning, when I left for work, the check engine stayed on, I thought it was strange as this car has never given me any trouble at all, so stopped again after work. They were again able to see me right away, and ran a diagnostic check on it and found a code that had flashed from memory, and determined it most likely reoccurred due to the battery swap, as all the levels were factory spec while the car was running. Were kind enough to reset it, and I will be watching for it to happen again, but dont anticipate it will. Most surprising, when I asked what I owed for a solid 40 minutes of checking and rechecking, I was told nothing, and if it happens again dont hesitate to come in again. Could not be happier, love this car and the service provided...Echo Park, you have earned a lifetime fan and customer, and I thank you...

I had found a car I was interested in on a Friday, and called to setup a test drive. The car was in Littleton that evening, and they had it transferred to the Stapleton location that evening and the test drive was schedule for the next morning. When I arrived Saturday, the car was clean and ready for me to drive. Jude took me on a test drive and was great. Never pressured me into the sale, never tried to show me another car or buy a warranty or something I didnt want. I decided to buy the vehicle and the deal was closed in about an hour. My wife and kids stayed busy with the free snacks and Xbox inside during the whole process. During the test drive I had noticed an issue with the read brakes. Jude made a note of it and assured me if it was still happening after a few days that it would be fixed. Sure enough, I called him back to let him know it was still an issue, and he got me setup with an appointment to get them fixed. I dropped the car off in the morning and had it back around lunch time, and the issue was resolved. Great service from start to finish, would highly recommend if youre looking for a used automobile. Modern facilities, top notice service and support, and the whole process was streamlined and simple.

Being one of the many with a totaled car from the most insane hail storm Ive ever seen, we had to scrape up to buy a new car. Upon entering EchoPark for the first time, we met Adam the Subaru guru and it just so happened that we came there looking for just that! As we searched around for an Outback and didnt find what we wanted he suggested a Subaru Crosstrek for us. We didnt know what that was and were still weary of the used car salesman suggesting a more expensive car. We were so wrong. EchoPark salesmen arent trying to get the best of you and sell you something you dont need to get themselves paid. They just stand there and help you because theyre actually nice people who want to get you in the car that fits you the best. We got in the Crosstrek and immediately fell in love with it. The next day we filled out all of our information at home and were already set up when we arrived later that day. Everyone at EchoPark are super chill and do not fit the used car salesman profile in any shape or form. If youre looking for a Subaru definitely hit up Adam Ciotola. If you want a Jeep or Dodge hit up Jude and make sure he shows you his music. Thanks yall! <3
