I purchased a bed from Hotel Liquidators. It was delivered and set up and I slept on it that night. I awoke to back and shoulder pain. I called first thing the next morning to express my concerns and was told by Ray the salesman to stop in and we would work something out. I arrived there right after work and Ray suddenly began to tell me that he has to first speak to the store owner who he hasnt been able to reach all day. I then asked Ray why didnt he call me to save me a trip and he replied "I couldnt read your phone number on the slip" which is weird considering the delivery guys were able to read it fine enough. I left the store and got about four blocks away when Ray called and said for me to return to the store. I arrived and Ray asked if I wanted to exchange and I replied after this ordeal I would rather a refund and never have to deal with this place again. $424.00 was the original price I paid but after the "restocking" fee, 20%, which involved taking a mattress from between other mattresses, sure! I was refunded back $317.00. Delivery guys showed up and when they left my apartment number had mysteriously been RIPPED off the wall...I wonder how that happened?? Its only been hanging two years now. This place has bad business practices, poor customer service and hired goons posing as delivery men. This has been my worst experience ever and the restocking fee is what I should pay for my ignorant choice to shop at a local ten cents store. You pay for what you get and remember "If you think college is expensive try ignorance". Lesson Learned.

Went to this store looking for a new sofa, they had a very large selection and many colors. I found a beautiful sofa which they promptly helped me pay and also had it delivered with a half hour of the purchase. They did not follow me around the store or bother me they let me know they were there if i needed help. The two delivery men were so helpful and worked so hard removing my old sofa and bringing the new one in. The even drove back to give me the missing throw pillows from the sofa. Great place

Almost every piece of furniture in my apartment is from here. The folks at the store always take good care of me. They will work with you on layaway plans and all of their furniture is reasonably priced.

Good quality, affordable furniture, with layaway plan and cheap delivery and set up. My mom did all her shopping here, and recommended it to me. I dont think Ill go anywhere else; I love this place!

The mattresses that are used should probably be avoided. They seem okay at first but are pretty worn out in the long of it. Otherwise everything else rocks and the staff are super friendly
