DO NOT SHOP WITH THESE CROOKS! Summary: They took 8 weeks, never got our furniture, and tried to pass off the floor model as new. We ended up getting a full refund and did not get any furniture. We ordered a England sectional on 9/18/2015 from Missouri Furniture during a sales event. We were told how wonderful England was and that our sectional would be delivered in 4 weeks or less. A month later I started calling to inquire about our sectional. Each time I spoke with someone the story was exactly the same. They would say "Hmmm, that should have been delivered by now. Ill have to talk with my manager, Matt. Ill call you back when I know something. Deliveries are on Tuesday, so if it isnt in, it should be here next Tuesday". I never got a call back, not once. Finally on 11/10/15, I called at noon and heard the same story, so I called back at 4pm to check if anything had changed. I was told, "Oh yeah Matt said you would probably be able to pick that up tomorrow". Since I needed to rent a trailer, I asked the salesman to confirm they had the sectional. He said again, "Yeah, yeah, you should be able to pick it up tomorrow". Interestingly enough, it was a Tuesday when I was talking to him, so since the deliveries on on Tuesday, I would assume they would know what was in their inventory. When I went to the store on 11/11/15 to confirm the sectional was there, I first walked to where the floor model was. It was gone. I asked the salesman about it, and he said "We dont have that one anymore". We walked back to the warehouse, where I saw the sectional wrapped with bubblewrap. It looked odd, like they had done it on-site, not like what a factory would do to ship it. He unwrapped one piece and I saw that it did not have the pillows that we ordered. Instead the pillow fabric was what was on the original floor model. Also tags were missing (like they had pulled off the sale tag, but forgot to take off the little plastic string). I told the saleman that this was not the sectional we ordered that the pillows were wrong. He crossed checked the order and saw that the pillow fabric was not right and said, "If you want to take the sectional we can order the pillows". I believe they wrapped up the floor model to fool us into thinking it was new furniture. Thats when I kindly asked for my money back. I WILL NEVER SET FOOT INSIDE MISSOURI FURNITURE AGAIN.

we bought furniture at this store it would not fit our room tried to get money back on part of the furniture but they would not give it back. we then ordered another piece of furniture to replace the one that would not fit. we were told the furniture would be in in 5 to 6 weeks, it has now been 11 weeks so we called and told them to cancel the order and give us our money back and they refused. The manager there is a jerk, we are going to take them to court to retreive our money. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM THEY ARE RIP OFF Artists.

I ordered my furniture for living room here. It was supposed to be here before Christmas. Ordered it in September. Even added on a recliner in November. That was done in 2 weeks! My living room set that was only supposed to have taken 6-8 weeks I did not get till January. Then the colors I ordered for pillows were messed up. Another 3 weeks for 2 pillows. The manager was great and I love my furniture. It just took way too long

Was quite disappointed in upper management in honoring posted sale price on a Whirlpool French door refrigerator! It had been listed for several days on line for $999.99 but was told after waiting for some time that it was a misprint and the best they could do was $1199.99 which was the same price as other stores. No point in buying there if one cant save.

My wife and I went in to start looking at mattresses and made the decision to purchase on the spot. They had very helpful (but not overbearing) salespeople and gave us a great deal. Our order arrived ahead of the promised schedule and the delivery crew was very prompt and polite. Great experience.

Place is a lot bigger than it seems. One of the largest furniture stores in the area I would think. Prices go from really good to laughable. I bought a couch and the customer service was very good, was able to take the model from the floor despite the fact that it was brand new.
