My wife and I were shopping for a used Nissan Murano. We had visited two Nissan Dealerships in our local Wilkes Barre/Scranton Area without success and were truly disappointed with how we had been treated at both local dealerships. We kept shopping online and found Eisenhauer Nissan in Wernersville PA; it was a long drive, approximately 1 hour and 30 minutes, but they had a Murano with all the options we wanted so we decided to make the trip. Before we could get out of our car, Jay Denapoli was out in the cold to greet us; we appreciated that he came out to greet us because the other two Nissan Dealerships we had to walk in and ask for help!!! We told Jay we were shopping for a Murano and that we had seen a Silver Murano with all the options we wanted and he asked us to explain to him what options we were looking for, after telling him he said he was going in to retrieve some keys and a license plate so we could look at and test drive two Muranos on the lot he had to meet what we were looking for including the one we saw online. The fact that he was interested in what we wanted in a vehicle made us feel like we were important and not just another sale where a car we really didnt want would be pushed on us; which is what one of the other two dealerships had tried to do. Jay let us test drive both Muranos and he knew and explained the features in both well. My wife and I decided on our original choice and the price was just right so there was really nothing to haggle about. The vehicle was in excellent condition inside and out. The only hiccup was that the battery was dead and we had to jump start it to test drive, but once we stated we would purchase it Jay had the service department put in a new battery right away. Jay was very friendly and he made our car buying experience a positive one. The finance department was also very helpful and worked hard to get us in the vehicle within the payment we could afford. After two days of disappointment and bad service, we were pleasantly surprised by Eisenhauer Nissan and the level of service they provide car buyers. Jay has even called us after to make sure the car was running well and to remind us to call him if we had any issues or concerns. Jay and Eisenhauer Nissan are top notch in customer service. I recommend Eisenhauer Nissan to anyone in the market for a new or used car. The level of service you will be afforded there is outstanding!!! When my wife and I decide to purchase a new family vehicle in the near future (the one we just purchased was for my wife) we will be returning to calling Jay Denapoli and making the 1 hour and 30 minute drive to Eisenhauer Nissan. Thank you for making our car buying a positive one. We appreciate your commitment to providing quality vehicles and first rate customer service.

After going to 5 different dealerships in the span of two weeks, really trying to decide what my best options are, I ultimately decided on Nissan, more specifically this dealership after reading numerous good reviews. Sometimes too many good reviews could be alarming, not sure if maybe they are filtering out bad ones or what not. But I must say, my experience was above anything I ever dealt with. This was the first time I didnt have any remorse, regret, anxiety over a car purchase. From start to finish the experience was great. I test drove a 2014 Altima as well as a Sentra. The Sentra was an option due to me wanting to make my payments cheaper, however I was trading in a 2012 Kia Optima and the manager and sales rep Eric knew that I would of been much happier and more satisfied going into an Altima ( Which is what I did want . ) They got me at a price point that I was very happy with, with a down payment I was exceptionally satisfied with and payments to where I wanted. They made me feel like they cared more about me than just the sake of them getting a sale to benefit them. It was the first time I felt like I benefited from a car deal, whether that may be true or not ,the fact that it is how I felt is what makes me happy. The facility is gorgeous and they have so many cars on the lot. Eric really took his time with me and pulled up 3 different Altima colors up under the lights so I can decide what I liked best. At no point did I feel rushed or pressured. I have been telling EVERYONE about my experience and recommending this dealership and Eric to everyone I know. Ive been trying to convince my wife to trade in her Kia Sportage for the Nissan Rogue just because of how much I enjoyed this buying experience. Also to note how above and beyond customer service is here, I had to sign a few more papers the following day, instead of me driving up there or even them asking me to, Eric automatically said he would come out to me at my convenience. I cant say enough good things about this place, its people and their lot. From the Eric, to the managers and the very nice Sherry, this is all the reason why I gave Eisenhauer Nissan a top rating!

I found this dealership through USAAs Car Buying Service. When I first contacted the dealership, I was directed straight to Jay and he worked with me through the entire process. Being that I was so far away and could only come in on certain days, we were finding cars just as quickly as they were being sold. However Jay was persistent to help find me exactly what I was looking for and when he found one that he thought I would be interested in, he called me and we both looked at it online. The next day, Jay placed the car on hold for me and when I arrived, I was able to test drive immediately and go straight to the paperwork after I approved the car. He ensured that all of his paperwork was organized, as did Erica from finance and between the two of them, I was able to get the car I wanted, in the short window of time that I had to get it in, with the price, interest rate, and warranties that I wanted, and even some that I did not know were an option. One noteable moment that impressed me; when I arrived, the dealership was closing in just over an hour. Jay had all of the paperwork prepared and had already gotten the financing approved for the car. Even having done all that work in advance, when it was discovered that I could receive a better interest rate, Erica and Jay wasted no time in choosing that as the better financing option for me. Had they not chosen to do that, I would have been none-the-wiser. However it was integrity that led them to seek the best financing option for me. Jay was extrememly patient with me throughout the process which I greatly appreciate because I know I had difficult expectations but his professionalism, persistence and dedication to excellent service ensured nothing short of my most pleasant car-buying experience to date. Additionally, I greatly appreciate the follow-up from Jay. He checked on my satisfaction with the car two weeks after my purchase to ensure I was still pleased with my decision. I would recommend this dealership (especially Jay) to anyone that I knew was looking for a used vehicle.
