Brought a car from in Oct. 2016 The battery light was already on when I test driven the car. Told them about the battery light & they said it could be the alternator & that they will replace it for me. After a few days or so the light came back on, but didnt give my car any problems so I wasnt too concerned. A month later around late Nov. my car died out of no where so I had to get a jump to start it. About a week after that the power kept going in & out, like the lights on the dash would cut off & on while Im driving or all the emergency lights would come on, or the windshield wipers would stop working. I told them about my battery light being on & the guy Frank told me take it to auto zone to get it check. Well auto zone told me I have a bad alternator & that its killing my battery which means they never replaced the alternator when I brought the car like they told me they did. Costal auto said they would rebuild my alternator for a price which I didnt understand since the issue was never resolved for the start. Took the car back to let Coastal Auto look at it & the guy Frank told me that it wasnt my alternator, that my battery had a bad cell & that they could get me a replacement battery for $40. Keep in mind that all of this happened within the time of my warranty but the warranty didnt cover any of these issues which is crazy. After telling me it was a bad battery he told me that there was no need to rebuild the alternator. So instead of getting a used battery I brought a brand new battery about a month ago & guess what... Battery light is still on in the car AND the car died on me yesterday so like auto zone told me the problem was and still is my alternator. Well My little 3 month warranty is up & now I have to buy a brand new alternator along with the brand new battery I just brought. If you are looking for a car I advise you to go to a priority otherwise bring a personal mechanic with you because they will not let you know every issue with the car. They couldnt even tell me when was the last time the car had a oil change. Still a good car just not that good servicing the customer after the sale has been made.

Mixed feelings on them....bought a 2007 VW GTI, the check engine light was going off and on between test drive and purchase...the response from them was "oh we will take car of it, its probably just the gas cap"....famous words from a used car dealer. Well as you can imagine it was MORE than just a gas cap (as a matter of fact the gas cap had NOTHING to do with it), turn out it was the purge valve, which by the way was installed facing the WRONG way (it is a 1 way valve). I have spent about $400 on the car, and ive had it less than 30 days. When i came back to them to see if they would fix it, the tonka toy mechanic they have admitted to me he knows "very little" about these cars, and they basically tried to pawn me off on my extended warranty 15 days after i bought the car. The issues were not too big (as of yet) but i feel like they are a bit dishonest, and just out to make money. On the plus side the saleswoman, Kelly, was nice.

Recently purchased a an 07 Scion from here. The service was wonderful. Very kind and helpful staff and got an absolutely incredible deal on the car! I did notice after buying the car that there were some small problems with the interior of the car, but I just had it inspected and it was in terrific shape when they sold it to me. Would definitely come here again!
