DO NOT BUY HERE. This dealership is the stereotypical "used car lot" if you are buying from their pre-owned inventory. I spent at least two hours here working with a very nice, older gentleman on their sales staff. He wasnt pushy at all and allowed me time to consider a fantastic used pick up they had. He did the usual back and forth with the sales manager on price and I could tell he was being pushed by the sales manager to "close the deal". I told him to tell his manager to be patient that I needed to talk it over with my wife first. The sales manager, via the super nice, elder sales rep, managed to convince me to leave a $200 refundable deposit to "hold" the truck 24 hours so I could discuss with my wife at home. I wasnt happy about this tactic either, but figured I was going to buy the truck anyway so leaving the $200 sort of helped the elder guy in my opinion to show he had a successful deal closed and would get the sales manager off his back. The next day, I called to speak with the sales rep and was told "He no longer works here". I was shocked and said, "What do you mean, I just spoke with him 12 hours ago and was coming back today to buy the truck he was holding for me". They indicated again that he was no longer employed with this dealership. I spoke with the sames sales manager and he told me that "The former employee wasnt meeting their expectations with sales and that they would be more than able to assist me with completing the purchase of my truck." I really connected with that older sales guy and felt like they fired him after he wasnt able to get me to sign right at closing the night before. Pissed me off, so I told them to refund my money and I went all the way to Toyota of Terra Haute to purchase a nice 2007 Nissan Titan Crew Cab for $14k (speak with Jeff Sheets there at Toyota of Terra Haute, hell help you out). This dealership is all that I HATE about car dealers. Thank you INTERNETS for online shopping. To hell with this place.

I went to the dealer and was working with Mike Fleener. Mike is a great guy and a very knowledgable sales guy. After owning a 2003 PT Cruiser I would definitely have made the statement that I would NEVER own a Chrysler product again. I just bought a 2012 200 S and I have owned the following recently; 2006 GTO, 2009 Hyundai Sonata and a 2007 Ford F-150. I strongly believe that the 200 is the nicest car I have owned. Lap of Luxury Interior, 283 HP and a REAL 30 MPG on the highway! I did shop this dealer against a Dodge Dealer in Greenwood and a Ford Dealer on the East Side. They came with their initial offer, and it was $1000 better than the Ford Dealer would do on a comprable deal (ACV on my trade) and $2000-$2500 better than the other Dodge dealer would do (I could never get a straight answer on my vehicle ACV from them, just an end number)! Their initial offer was their best offer, ie no BS-ing around! I believe that I got the best deal I could have gotten and got into the car for under sticker after being $4000 + negative equity on my trade. I got financed in the 6s (APR) and dont have to make my first payment for 90 days. All promises were kept and Ill be back for my next purchase.

Every car Ive purchased since moving to Indianapolis in 1988, has been with Eastgate: both used and new. When it came time to replace my Grand Am (which I purchased from Eastgate in 2003) the only dealership on my radar was Eastgate, and the only salesman was Brandon Adams who has sold me cars since he entered the sales force 15 years ago. I called Brandon on Tuesday with the car on my wishlist (looking at their pre-owned stock via the website), made an appt for 10am the next morning to see the car and test drive. At 12:30 pm, 2-1/2 hours after we arrived, we drove our new car off the lot. How much better can it get than that? Not once did Brandon attempt to talk me into a different car or one of their new models... he doesnt second guess his customer which I like and the reason I always go to him when its time for a new vehicle. Now that my son is old enough to purchase his own vehicles, Brandon is his go-to salesman and recently my sons girlfriend was in the market for a car and Brandon came to the rescue. Want a great dealership? Eastgate Chrysler. Want a great salesman? Brandon Adams.

Avoid this place like the plague. Horrible service department. Takes forever to get work done. Doesnt do the work right. Spent thousands to have them leave me with a car in worse shape than when I took it in. Not only did they not properly do the repairs and used bad parts but they actually managed to damage my engine and electronics in the process. When you go back to have it fixed they ignore you, service manager wont call you back, horrible people. Theyre nothing but thieves. Theres a reason people call dealerships stealerships. I had to find out first hand. Dont be a victim like me. Pick a local repair shop run by mechanics, not these guys. This was the most costly mistake Ive made in a long time. I had to spend yet more money getting it fixed properly by a small local shop who did it right. Cost me ~$1,500 to fix what they didnt do right and to repair what they broke. Including an airbag sensor which the repair shop told me could have caused it to NOT deploy if I was in an accident. Its nice to know the dealership values my life so little.

I visited this dealership on 8/19 for an oil change. Was offered a package deal with four full synthetic changes for $199 which is a pretty decent deal. Took the deal and was pleased with service. A little less than a week later I noticed oil dripping on my driveway from my car. My car is basically brand new and seeing a big oil patch coming from it was alarming. Took it into the dealer and explained what I saw. They were terrific in dealing with the issue. The Service Manager was Brian and I couldnt have been more pleased with him. He gave me constant updates on what they were doing and showed me the cause of the leak (faulty o-ring on oil filter). They gave me a new filter, topped off the fluids and cleaned all the oil that spilled onto my car. Couldnt have been more pleased with their attention to the issue. This was all done on a Saturday as well which was impressive to me. Not only will I continue to come back for my service here but I will also make them my first stop when I purchase my next vehicle. Well done Brian and Eastgate!

Took truck in on 10/28/14 with vibration. This place can not call a person ever i had to call them everyday to see when my truck was going to be done, there was always some excuse, parts didnt come in. you need brake plates replaced have to order them. 8 days later they say it is ready. they supposedly replaced ball joints and tie rod ends.. 8 days. If i was any madder i couldnt stand it. why is it so hard to call a person and keep them informed of whats going on?? Bill you need to learn to pick up a phone and call a person. Once i pick up the truck i might be commenting more. Customer services means alot to most people its just a common curtesy to keep in touch with a person when you have there vehicle. I should not have had to call you everyday you should have been calling me. I guess business is so good you dont need returning customers. I picked up the truck (11/5/14) and it is still vibrating. Unsafe to drive. $1,485.00 and not fixed. Everyone do your research dont be taken advantage of. It doesnt feel very good.
