Ive lived in Fishers for 20 years and always thought your business would be one Id use when I needed a car. On New Years Eve I walked in and was greeted by your "Salesman of the Month". That was the extent of the cordial visit. During our sit down and the "getting to know what I need" spiel, he took two phone calls and then proceeded to ask and respond with nothing but discouraging comments. Are you really in the business to sell because treating your hometown customers with disdain is not the way to get a good recommendation. I was only allowed to briefly explain my financial situation between phone calls. Did he assume those people were a sure sale for him rather than the person sitting right in front of him? Perhaps I should have returned the rudeness by walking out instead of allowing him to waste my time while he "chatted" with others. Whether or not he thought I could qualify for a car is irrelevant in that every customers experience in your office has the potential for a great review, repeat business and recommendations to their family and friends. Fritz in Fishers will receive none of those from me as there was nothing positive about my being there. Two days later I purchased a car. Ford Autoworld treated me with respect and made me feel like I was the only person that day who wanted to buy a car, unlike Mr. Salesman of the Month at Fritz.

Once again, I find myself duped by the lemon lot of Fritz in Fishers. Two Cars, and $10k+ later spent on repairs. I find myself feeling pretty stupid. Never again will I even look at that lot. Car one - thank the maker I purchased the extended warranty... 12k in repairs within 6 months of having the vehicle. Car two - was already up over $1k within first month replacing already BROKEN tie rod... Now, maybe 1 year of ownership (and 6k miles driven), I am being handed a $2200 invoice for work needing to be done. (In this case, corroded brake lines that went out while driving....) Good catch service team of Fritz... nothing a little black paint wont fix... If, in either case, I had just been told the truth of vehicle history, I wouldnt have purchased the vehicles and wouldnt be in this mess.... (again.) Do NOT be fooled by the crafty defect hiding tactics of their auction cars. (ie,. temporary tape or paint over corroded areas, plastic wheel coverings over rusted alloy *looking like chrome etc.) Let my lesson, and thousands of dollars wasted save you the headache... move on. At the very least pay to have it looked at by professional mechanics... With all that being said, all staff Ive ever had interactions with were courteous and polite. Of course, to include, the "Big Guy". Shame on them for fooling me, shame on me for letting it happen again.

I got there around 5pm and started looking at the cars on the lot. Kyle Kreutzinger showed me all the cars that I wanted to see that I saw online on the website. He also had a lot of suggestions to other vehicles that I may be interested in. He wasnt pushy at all and took the time to go over each vehicle we looked at together. He taught me his method of getting the value of the cars he had on the lot. Very informative and professional. He rode with me during a test drive and again explained what to look for during a test drive. I decided to purchase a vehicle that day from him. He made everything simple and easy to understand when I was signing all the paperwork. Gary Burt made the financial process very streamlined and effective; took only about 30 minutes to sign the necessary paperwork. I was out of there around 6:45pm, 45 minutes after they had closed for the night but they stayed longer to get everything sorted out for me. Kyle made sure everything was perfect in the car before I drove away. Highly recommend Fritz In Fishers to purchase a vehicle!

Horrible experience. My wife and I were treated and spoken to in a very disrespectful manner. When asking questions we received very sarcastic and condescending answers. The salesman appeared to be very angry and frustrated after only a few minutes of being there. He refused to listen to what we were looking for and decided to have us test drive a vehicle we were not interested in. During the test drive he told us to return to the dealership after a block or two because he didnt feel like dealing with traffic. Then he proceeded to make a derogatory remark about my wife and made clear his opinion of women in general. Two days later, after telling him we were no longer interested he continued to text my wife after business hours telling her she is pathetic for not returning to the dealership. We have attempted to contact the dealership but have yet to recieve a call back. There are many dealerships out there, go to one that will treat you fairly. I highly discourage anyone to ever go here.

They had a nice selection. But I was not too happy with the way i was treated. I came in looking at a Jeep and met steve. After talking to him for just a few seconds he told me that there was no way, being 18, that i can finance this jeep. But little did he know with the down payment i have and how much i make it would be easily affordable. And the fact taht ive already been pre-approved for a loan. I was very upset at him telling me what i can and cant afford. Having many Jeeps in the past and always driving bigger SUV/Truck style vehicles, i was also very upset when he told me id would be "Better off" buying a Ford Fiesta. This after me telling him i have no problem keeping my current truck because it runs perfectly for being a 1999 with 200000 miles. I specifically said, i love jeeps, and have had many of them. And for him to tell me 1. I "cant" afford to finance this and 2. id be "better off" buying a small ford has turned me away from buying any vehicle from this place.

After hearing great reviews, I went to Fritz to purchase my first car. I was extremely pleased with the selection of vehicles and the friendly staff. The salesman was attentive to my requests when it came to the price and style of the car I was looking for. The finance manager was very helpful through the financing process and made sure I understood everything that was going on. This was very important to me, as this was the first car purchase I had ever made. Its been 18 months since my purchase and I am still extremely pleased with my car. In addition to purchasing my car through Fritz, I also returned to have service work performed 6 months ago on the drivers side seat heater. I was very pleased with the service I received at Fritz as they were able to order the part and have it installed quickly. I will definitely be going back to Fritz for future auto purchases and would recommend anyone looking for a great car to stop by to see what Fritz can do for you!

Save your money, much easier to do business with a reputable dealership!!<<<< Seemed friendly at first. Once I purchased the car it became a nightmare. I purchased the car from out of state and when I received the car there was $1500 in body damage. This was not disclosed prior to purchase. The shipping company and the dealership both pointed fingers at each other. The car also needed a brake job ($800) right when I got it. Something else not disclosed. I asked the general manager (John May) to cover the repairs and they flat out said no, not willing to work with me at all. The car is a high performance car so naturally it needed tires when they brought it in on trade. They replaced the tires with the least expensive brand they could (general tires), they are not even speed rated for the cars capabilities. This is a huge liability for them. I am embarrassed to even have them on the car. This dealership is shady, I do not recommend doing business with them!!
