First off this "dealership" is very unprofessional. The sales people here are rude and have absolutely no consideration for their customers. They have a sales person who is extremely rude and curses nonstop. Theyre very unorganized and do not make good on any of their deals. I purchased my car from them. HUGE HUGE mistake. Their cheap, they dont take pride in their vehicles. My front bumper is zip-tied on. Not safe at all. When it came time to get my title, the situation was not at all handled professionally. I was cussed at and the sales person who handled it was extremely rude. I do not and will not ever recommend this dealer to anyone. Their a joke. Please save your hard earned money and do your homework before you walk in here. Its not worth your time or your money. If reviews mean anything to you then trust that this place is not a legitimate dealer. BUYERS BEWARE!!

I contacted this dealership because they showed a vehicle on the website that I was interested in. After e-mailing them and visiting the Owner Hakan I was told the car I was interested in was sold. Hakan acted as if I should look at an MDX or BMW - Nothing like what I drove to this terrible and dingy location to see. ("5 Star" - NOT!) Hakan said he could find the car I wanted and was only willing to TRY and get the car I wanted... if I was willing to give him a NON REFUNDABLE deposit, all that after after driving more than an hour to see the car I wanted. I was assured by him and his ditzy sales girl that they would find me a car. I was very disappointed to be lied to (especially by the owner of the company) I would stay far away from this place anywhere would be better than here.

Just a word to the wise, approach this business with caution. Make sure if there are any promises made by them that you have them in writing or you run the risk, like I did, of them not being honored. Do your due dilligence and make sure if youre going to purchase a car from them you dont just take their word for the integrity of the vehicle and actually have it checked out by a third party mechanic. I would not recommend this dealership to anyone I know.

Let first start off by saying I was very dissatisfied with my sales person Emily. Michael the finance manager was the one to save the day. He was out hero. Not only did he get me financed, he sat there and coached me on my credit. Just the few things he suggested have already helped. If you have bad credit or like me horrible credit please do yourself a favor and go see Michael. He will help!
