Tbh the service is great i the metro area and surroding area. But everytime i go in this store theres always one worker who has to harrase me. Takes a really long time to proccess my payments. And acts like shes still in middle school. Always asking me to buy something cause she makes money on them abd when i say i dont need them she says ok well ima take even longer then and wastes my time. So if i was u id only speak to the manager the employes acy like kids

really bad customer service very rude and childish seems like they dont take their job seriously and really bad management!!. The return policy is unacceptable when youre not getting the service you need I was technically given false information. they have no idea what theyre doing! if you want great service this is not the place to go to.

Service isnt good unless you are in the store or in the Portland area. Maybe bring T mobil back to boost the signal.
