I had one nightmare after another with these guys. They mislead me as to data coverage by saying see, here is the map. What they do not tell you is you get a very few megabits when on the road even though you bought 6Gigs and then you pay extra for data when you are travelling. Wonderful surprise -- N OT. Very different than the maps from Verizon or ART&T, which actually are where they have coverage that is part of your plan without extra charge. Of course, you cannot cancel because you did not travel till you are out of the grace period. I gound out I am not the only one who got this kind of nasty surprise from these guys. When I went to Ukiah to the faculty store in frustration and asked for help, they told me youd be amazed how much time we spend cleaning up messes from some of these "authorized agents". By the way - they did help. So if you really need US Cellular because that is the only coverage you can get, take the drive to Ukiah so you do not feel like you got ripped off as I do.

They robbed me. I bought an iPhone for one cent and paid $100 deposit. They give you 14 GB but your plan is only 2GB . I used 7 GB, I didnt turn off my data, so my bill was $300. So I cancelled service and returned the iPhone and My $100 deposit went towards my $300 bill. No refund on my deposit. What a bunch of crap. And if you want to ask a question or need help, take a seat, youll be there for a long time. No fast service.

I have US Cellular service for 8 years. We live in an area, where we have few cell towers. I have found I get the best coverage here on the Mendocino Coast, with US Cellular. When I dont grok my phone, or I have broken it, or I have a question, I have found the crew at the Boatyard location, kind and helpful. Great people!

The staff at the Fort Bragg office is fantastic! They are professional, knowledgeable and personable at the same time. They helped me with everything I needed to get set up and functioning with my new phone . They were very patient with my lack of technical knowledge and took the time to get me up and going.

If I could give them a zero I would. Its the worst company Ive ever worked with. Tyre store its self is satisfactory but not worth all the hidden fees.
