I went the store to ask questions about upgrading my sons phone. We were promptly assisted by Norman. He reviewed our current plan with us and I discovered that some recent changes made by a service rep at *611 were not what I expected and I became very confused and frustrated. To say Norman was patient, understanding, and helpful is an understatement. Norman spent easily an hour trying to help my understand my bill before I could even make any decision about upgrading my sons phone. By the time we were ready to proceed, it was closing time and Norman happily stayed to assist us with the upgrade. Not just a few minutes, but a full hour past closing. He went above and beyond to make sure we were happy and had a good experience. I will no longer call *611 for help, I will call this store and ask for Norman. Job well done, Norman!

We spent Thursday evening last week at the Verizon store on Circle. My husband dropped his flip phone in water and was inoperable. Time to update to a Smartphone. Norman was our consultant with some assistance from Zan. My husband had 600 business contacts to transfer to the new phone. As I mentioned the old phone was inoperable. It continually was rebooting. If we were told that it was impossible to attempt to transfer the contacts we would have accepted that. But they never gave up. It was like a puzzle they wanted to solve. Norman continued to try different ways to get the old phone to work. We were there approximately two hours and finally there was success. We left thrilled with the effort from Norman and Zan.

I went in a week before Black Friday to purchase two new Pixels and set up a new Verizon account. Jason was very helpful in setting up my new account and getting everything up with all the discounts he could possibly apply. After a week, we realized that we could get a significantly better price on our phone if we used the Black Friday prices. Tim, was extremely helpful in making this happen. It took two hours of his time to do this, since the process was very complicated due to all of the phones being sold out. Great service, highly recommended if you use Verizon.

We urgently needed to solve a charging issue on one of our phones and Norman was very helpful. We were both very weary with the work week and his customer service skills were exemplary. He was patient, attentive, and cheerful, despite our late evening arrival on a Friday. Norman and Josh both exhibited good teamwork and problem solving, working together in order to reach a "best solution" for our situation. The store was easy to locate, with good parking and access. We highly recommend the store and these two salesmen in particular. Tell them- Dae sent you!

I give this a "meh" rating because it is a Verizon store and therefore the staff is quite limited in how they assist walk in customers. I purchased a phone for use in non AT&T areas, that is areas that are controlled by Verizon. Unfortunately the phone that they sell for this purpose does not have the greatest built-in antenna ever, so this was basically throwing my money away. The staff can in no way advise regarding this type of purchase and I found that very frustrating. Spare phone anyone?

Had a great experience in here. Was greeted with a hello from everyone as soon as I walked in. Everyone had a smile on their face and made the environment in the place better. Norman was the one who helped me out and he did a fantastic job with helping me. He showed me phones based on why I wanted/needed a phone just to give me more options instead of the one that I wanted to get. Will definitely go back there.

LJ was beyond fabulous!!!! And Zan was great company also!! The best help Ive had in awhile! I cant recommend this store and them more!!! If you need help with any phone issues, this is the place! They are exceptionally welcoming and extremely knowledgeable!! I honestly felt at ease the whole time and never felt pressured at all!!! I will never go to the corporate store as long as they are here!!!

Norman was very professional and personable. Anyone that needs help with their phone and plan should call this man. He takes time to make sure youre comfortable with what you are buying and to make sure you have every single question you need answered, answered. Ive had great customer service before, but nothing quite as great as the service Norman provides. Someone give that man a raise!

He helped me find a case, activate the phone, and transfer all my contacts, photos, and apps to my new device. My experience over all at the Corvallis Verizon was awesome! Norman helped me for hours with moving my line to a different account and exchanging out my phone & setting up my new one. Luis Sandoval is an excellent employee..he stay with us and walked us through the process so well. We really appreciated his expertise. What a nice young man.

Every time I go into the store, the manager always seems so inconvenienced by other employees asking questions. He never talks and is always on his phone texting or talking. Mumbles and I can barely even understand him. Never going back unless they get a new manager
