En lo personal me resulta muy curioso que los comentarios mas negativos estan, evidentemente, escritos por personas ignorantes. Tanto es asi que muchos, en tres oraciones tienen 6 faltas de ortografia, y otros, a quienes el moropo no les da para mas, ofenden con palabrotas prohibidas en los sitios de internet. Quien no sabe que HORRIBLE se escribe con H y que BOCA se escribe con B - no con V-, quien no puede expresar tres ideas coherentemente, es alguien cuyo coeficiente intelectual no le permite comprender como funciona el proceso para la compra de un auto, como funciona el financiamiento, como funcionan los intereses. En alguno de los comentarios alguien dice que "Ambar se da tremenda lija para vender", pero lo que esta persona no menciona jamas es el estado de su credito. Ningun dealer se "da lija" para vender, porque vender es precisamente la esencia del negocio de los autos. So, amiguito, debias ser un poquito mas honesto contigo mismo y decir cual es la realidad de tu caso. Cuando mi familia llego de Cuba estuvimos UN MES buscando carros por todo Miami. No voy a contar los sitios adonde fuimos ( la lista seria extensa) tampoco voy a mencionar los dealer, incluso algunos de renombre, de donde practicamente nos botaron o nos pidieron 7 mil dolares de downpayment. El unico dealer que nos recibio y trabajo con nosotros fue Ambar Motors. Y si, compramos un auto economico, pero nos resuelve todos los dias. Gracias Ambar.

I purchased a Hummer from Ambar Motors back in 2009 (I know its late to put this post, but the upside-down aspect is still haunting my payments from this purchase- I just want to protect potential buyers). The list price was around $18,000 and they would not budge on the price. I went ahead and purchased the car at full price, and put a $1,000 down payment. When I purchased the Hummer, I asked them for a car fax probably about 3 times- finally they gave me one. They gave me one for a black Hummer same year/same everything, however I later found out (about a year 1/2 later) that they gave me a car fax for another Hummer that was just like the one I purchased- The one I purchased had a history of accidents- but the Carfax they gave me had a clean history b/c it was not the Hummer they were selling me MAKE SURE TO CHECK THE VIN NUMBER ON YOUR CAR FAXES!!! ESPECIALLY FROM THIS DEALER!!! At the time of purchase, I asked to keep the copy of the car fax and they said they would "put it in my file" (which was not there when I went back to look). After the purchase, it was all downhill. About a month after having the car, it rained and my whole car got flooded through the sun roof. I had to call Ambar about 5-7 times before getting a person to help me with this issue. They finally fixed it. I also noticed something was wrong with the alignment. They never fixed this- but this had to do with the fact that this Hummer had been in 2 major accidents I didnt know about because the car fax they gave me was not the correct one for the car the sold me. Needless to say, when I went to trade in the car I had a VERY hard time doing so because no dealership wanted to take in a Hummer with 2 major accidents on its record. I received a very low compensation for the Hummer which is why I had $412 car payments on a COROLLA!! Until this day I am paying the upside down rate from this Hummer! Ambar Motors not only lied to me when making this sale by giving me a false Car Fax, but they also had horrible customer service. Please- do yourselves a favor and go somewhere else! I had good credit and no previous car payments before going to Ambar. Now, 3.5 years later, I am still paying for their lie. If you dont want a Lemon, dont go to Ambar Motors!!

Buenas such, did not want to give it a rating in this way, but it is much ase Octoberfest more than two months, I went with my parents, ah get a car I am very grateful, but I have a very inportante complaint, broil 4 days have dela plate truck truck ami never called me or not amis.padres second complaint, that car is le.ah ah brakes changed back, and we are already brakes up front, but the rubber alante you cambiamos.las two third complaint, al.segundo day we had to change the oil because oil had no mmmm cada.ves named was a mess, traveling, I am grateful but the truth if they go oh Adar ub conercial diseb see we treat family and alfinal it is the opposite wow, the problem is solved one thing but have to look at the detail, I do not look for much problnas ah nadie.pero be more careful in serious selling more inportante to lugo I desir as disen in the trade we miami dirlo me ,,, motors amber good as everyone gives his opinon I also give my opinion, remember agradesco for help but remember that if you have customer attention was more elegant not to hold one thing for 4 oh a month and sell thingy in good condition oh just have more interest was elegant, thank you for the attention to vendesor Yunieski for your attention but remember when working on team work everything would come out great, good luck in the futuro..gracia by good price they have but what rocordar eh dicho

They took more than 24 hours to call me back for the pre-approval process. Gave me an excuse they were busy. Called over 7 times and left voicemails with no response. I lost a full day because of this. Finally, when they called me, they apologized and promised a rewarding experience. When we got there, Alex & Naji (not sure how you spell it) was nice when going for a test drive of the vehicle, but after that it was horrible thereafter. Received disrespect from Naji to the highest level. Very rude, and felt like he wanted to force me to buy the car as if I had no other option. Tried to make me feel stupid and the advertised price was not real. They had a disclaimer hidden in their description, but in another area of the site, that disclaimer was the total opposite. The attitude was very negative, and I would not recommend this dealer at all. I have owned 6 cars in my life and never had this bad experience. Alex Trujillo was alright and more polite, but Naji basically made him feel like crap right in front of us.
