MALA EXPERIENCIA!!! DESDE EL 1ER DIA HEMOS TENIDO PROBLEMAS CON EL COCHE Y ME HAN RESTADO CONFIANZA. MUY DESCONTENTA CON LA ATENCION AL CLIENTE, UNA VEZ HECHA LA VENTA Y DESPUES DE LAS NUMEROSAS QUEJAS, NO HAY UN SEGUIMIENTO POR PARTE DEL COMERCIAL PARA SOLUCIONAR EL TEMA. EL MECÁNICO SABE DEL PROBLEMA PERO ÉL NO TIENE NI VOZ NI VOTO. NO HAY "AYUDA", SERVICIO DE PRESTAMO DE COCHE, HASTA QUE SE SOLUCIONE EL FALLO QUE DA DE MOTOR O POR OTRAS CAUSAS. REPITO, DESPUES DE VARIOS MENSAJES NO HAY UNA RESPUESTA, UNA TRANQUILIDAD, NADA DE NADA POR PARTE DEL COMERCIAL QUE NOS ATENDIÓ. UNA VEZ HECHO EL CONTRATO DE COMPRA-VENTA, EL COMERCIAL, "HA DESAPARECIDO". NO ES UNA MANERA SERIA DE TRABAJAR. ESPERO ME RESUELVAN EL PROBLEMA. UNA COSA SÍ QUE SÉ... Great Great Experience believe it or not but totally true . I never write reviews from anybody but I am going to do it because this place deserve it specially the owner and honest employees working there. I got exactly what they show me in the website, Renee Rick Tony very Honest a Truly nice gentle people. Tony help me a lot with the Credit, did a great job The Range Rover 2006 was in great conditions, of course some details but it is an used car in great condition not only outside but inside especially the engine or the motor that usually concerns everybody, thanks to Rick, the best honest seller I never contact this place before, was my first experience and first place to visit for an used car and I really get Super - as they announced themselves SuperAutosMiami - pleased not only with the service and the treatment but also with the Honestly that is usually very difficult or impossible to find in dealer ships or used cars in Miami I really really really really recommend this place. I hope everyone has the same awesome and amazing experience as I had it with them. I have never been in this place never never before, nobody recommended it before and I went home with my dream car very very happy.... THANK YOU RICK RENE CAROLINE THE SECRETARY AND TONY...I really appreciate all your help.. Thank you again. And..... I really really recommend SuperAutosMiami to anybody who doesnt have any experience with dealers...

At this point as a customer Im extremely disappointed with the overall experience with your establishment. I understand the vehicle is used and per the received buyers guide the car was sold "as-is". I trusted and relied on your dealership to have sold me an inspected vehicle as stated on your site.. The fact is you sold me a car with transmission issues, faulty steering pump, hoses and casket, Now, you are suggesting your mechanic can replace the transmission in "2 days" for a new one at a cost of $2000 that I would have to pay for a car that I recently purchased from your dealership. I highly doubt your mechanic can replace the transmission in 2 days, when they did not even fix the cars issues in 19 days. I again trusted you and followed your advice to have the car repair at your mechanics shop. All of the cars basic maintenance should have been done prior you selling it. So, after 19 Days of waiting, while having out-of-pocket commute expenses with hardships due to the cars issue, the car is still not fixed. The Steering Pump is till whining, the transmission is still hesitating. the casket is still Leaking. Maybe I should have not trusted you and have gone to a more reliable mechanic that can fix the car issues... I hope for your future customers, have the car truly inspected and be up to date with the car maintenance...

This is one of the best car buying experiences Ive ever had. Usually car-shopping is so complicated, but here it was totally different. I called before to check if the vehicle that I was interested in was available, and the receptionist was super helpful and friendly. After I arrived I took my time to carefully see the vehicle I wanted to buy, I also took a look at similar vehicles and I can say that I was impressed, all of them were super nice. I was never pressured by any of the staff. Its not a big dealer, but they have very nice vehicles, and sometimes in those big dealers you feel like you are one more number, it felt different here. I decided to take it for a test drive and then I was almost ready to buy. All the questions that I had were answered, they know a lot on the vehicles they carry. Well, they got me an excellent interest rate, they already had a very good price on the car, and they explained me all the numbers, everything was clear and transparent, so I bought it! I have to say that all the people here were super friendly and professional, I am very happy with my car and very happy with the deal I got. This was totally different from previous experiences. Totally recommended!!

Creo que no con todas las personas no debe ser de la misma manera, en mi experiencia particular no creo que estas personas sean profecianal, te convencen con mentiras y la verdad me hicieron perder el tiempo durante tres dias seguidos..! Para cada dia decir algo diferente y subiéndote cada dia mas el deposito y la letra del carro.! No mateniendo su palabra en el presio inicial.! Por lo que le recomiemdo a todas las personas que se quieran comprar un carro en este lugar que aclaren bien, antes de que le chequen el credito, la verdad tube muy mala experiencia en este lugar.!

My experience at Super Autos Miami was the best Ive ever had. Roger the salesman stopped at nothing to get the keys in my hand the same day he did everything necessary to make it happen for me. His Manager Alfredo was awesome in the process also, he stayed on the telephone with the bank to get me the best rate to satisfy my financial needs. I spent hours in there establishment and every minute was worth it, my credit is way below average and I was still able to get 8.99% when it really should be 27.99%. The staff were friendly and heart felt everyone made me feel comfortable. Im VERY pleased with my Hyundai Sonata 2013 very clean and original no complaints. These guys are very trust worthy theyre not into scams or mind games just to sell a car they are there to help everyone. I would buy from Super Autos Miami again and again. Thanks guys you are exceptionally GREAT!!!

What a wonderful experience! I have only bought two vehicles in my life, the first experience was horrible, but this one was totally different, 5-stars all the way. They have their vehicles advertised with a lot of pictures, so it gives you a better idea of the actual condition of the vehicle. I was looking for a used Mini Countryman with the navigation screen, I saw it on their website and I called first to check that they had it. Alfredo attended me since the beginning. After I arrived the vehicle was exactly as in the pictures and it was in excellent condition, I loved it. They didnt change the price as it usually happens in other dealers, everything went smoothly and I was really amazed of how easy and hassle-free everything went. I want to thank Alfredo and everyone at SuperAutos Miami. Thanks SuperAutos!

Totally loved buying my car here!! From the beginning, the service I received in this dealer was 5-stars, no pressure, no hassle, everything on the vehiclr I was looking for matched with the advertised info. They have a really friendly enviroment and you can tell that they want to give you the best advice. I waited two months to write this review to see if everything would meet my expectations, and it did! After more than two months I am totally in love with my car, it has not given me any problems, and I am very happy with the monthly payments I got. They have helped me with all the questions Ive had.
