BHCars DO NOT BUY ANY CARS OR TRUCK OR DO BUSINESS WITH THEM AT ALL EVER!!!!!!!!!!! Bought a car $3300 Dollars Down so far. Alignment done on the car spent 360 dollars for new tires and $60 dollars on the alignment and two weeks later the car has broken down went up in a cloud of smoke while driving the Voltswagon 2010 CC. John Black Guy is the one who sold it to me and actually advised me to get it first and I wonder why. He smiles in my face assuring me they are good People and it is completely false. Friday my car was towed to the shop, Saturday they worked on it and I heard nothing about my transportation after calling several times. Sunday after being told be called I started blowing up their phones to get some answers. I was Ignored redirected to different people. Given the general Managers number Mr. Ed who is a disgusting person, for him to basically hound me about who gave me his number. Then he continues to insult me ignoring my plea and concern for how Im going to get around and whats happening by telling me its his day off and telling me to call the same people back who redirected me to him. By then I was a bit angry so I told him you dont care at all about me or my situation that Your company has put me in. He then disrespects me even further by basically telling me if you want us to help you I shouldnt upset them as if he has the choice to help me after stealing my money. Then he hangs up on me. I have yet to get a printout of the contract I signed and no help. They say they fixed the car and was charging me half which would be 575 dollars and I put a hundred on it which they never provided any invoices proving they actually bought the parts and did the work. So anyway week and a half later I begin to smell gas coming out of my a.c.. four days I rode around smelling gas and when I finally couldn;t take it and had a mechanic come check it at my home. He informed me they didnt put something back togther right at BHcars and gas was covering my engine and leaking badly. He said i couldve blown up at anytime. So they towed it to the shop and me and my brother took a trip up to the dealership. General Manager Ed saw me walked around me didnt even acknowledge my presence and then looked at me when I addressed him and said why did you come up here you wasted a trip we are busy as if Im less important than the new customers after I put down a down payment of 3,300 and another 100 bucks on parts they really didnt fix. He gets mad because I address him about how he is treating me and says well we arent going to help you at all. Breach of contract is what he said in front of everyone. Needles to say the owner Brad calls me and says after about 6 days later and remember still no car, they are going to help me. Now Im stuck with no car unless I come up with another 1,700 dollars to give them they say after all of this. I have been spending 200 a week ubering and have tried to get two cosigners they still after a week of putting the info in, John the black dealer nor Brad the owner have contacted me and i called and tx them everyday. John the black dealer says he is going to call me and never does. Brad Ive left messages asking if I can make bigger paymemts until the 1700 is gone and my regular payments start and no response weeks later. DO NOT TRUST THEM OR THEIR CARS. THEY ARE RUDE SCAMMERS AND WILL WALK ALL OVER YOU IF YOU ALLOW THEM TO. Save yourself time money and a headache and find another dealership Please!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

OMG. This place is horrible. We bought an older red truck a month ago. The first problem was that the price they advertised on the internet was not what the manager wanted to charge us, until we showed him the ad. I was told the total purchase price would be XXXX (including registration), but when we went to buy it, the manager claimed registration (another $500 was not included to get the plates). We paid it because my son really liked the truck, but its been a month and hes still driving around with temporary plates. He was supposed to have a problem on the steering wheel fixed along with a chip in the windshield, but that still hasnt been taken care of. When we called to complain, they tried to say that its our fault, as they "made phone calls to someone" to leave a message. They do have some nice inventory they buy at auction, but their customer service sucks big time! Weve bought used cars before for our kids and never had an issue with the other dealerships....B & H seems to only cares about the sale and screw anything that happens afterwards. Be prepared to chase them around to get them to honor their commitments.

Like others say... Dont do it! You Will live to regret the wasting of your money and the insult of your intelligence from these crooks who will swear up, down, left, right, and center that there is nothing wrong with their car even after the fact. Its very sad, they claim to be a family business. What kind of family would do business ripping people off? I hope to save you the heart ache that I had taking their car to places to get looked at and finding out things have been fixed on it to exhaustion and now had to be completely replaced by you. Your better off going to off lease, enterprise, etc. Reputable businesses. Even though there are crooks everywhere. Learn from my mistake Please! I was in a desperate situation and have no credit... But patience would have gotten me a car that I would have for years. I have had their car for a few months and am looking to trade it in in fear of being completely stuck. And they will feed you bullshit about them reporting to the credit bureau... I have yet to see it. PLEASE TAKE HEED AND DO YOUR RESEARCH! Its not worth it!

Has $999 down agree on that then ed keeps wanting more money down trying sell cars that are more than discussed. Rude and trying take advantage of my handicapped elderly parents whos children are trying to help with $1000 down scraped together and finance. Alot of cars have water damage stink raining windows down just sketchy drove away. Was ready to do a deal. But not desperate Ps if you really look at all these positive reviews and click on their profiles its those with only one review and for those buying their first car here then why do they all have reviews for other dealers before and after this place and most have same reviews at the same places as each other solooks like we have friends family probably in my opinion leaving 5 stars to out number the true negative reviews. Im an honest person family person and work for our money and honestly share my opinion for others but ones bad experience maynot be the same or share the opinion since we all have different expectations and my parents were not met
