HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE. 1ST I WENT TO THE NEW CAR OFFICE, WE WERE GIVEN ANGEL AS OUR SALESMAN. HE WAS PRETTY NICE, HOWEVER DUE TO MY MOTHERS CREDIT WE WERE OFFERED AN APR OF ABOUT 12.9% FOR A 2017 CHEVY MALIBU PRICED AT 19,144 WHICH WAS OK FOR US AT FIRST BECAUSE I KNEW MY MOMS CREDIT WASNT IN GOOD SHAPE, BUT AFTER SENDING THE INFO TO THE BANK, WE WERE QUOTED MONTHLY PAYMENTS OF 478.00 AT 16.9% APR (STATE MAX). I DECLINED THE OFFER. NO HELP WAS GIVEN BEYOND THAT POINT. I FELT THAT MAYBE I AIMED TOO HIGH SO I CALLED THE USED CAR OFFICE NEXT TO THE NEW CAR DEALERSHIP. I SPOKE TO MEL (HE WAS NICE OVER THE PHONE), I EXPLAINED TO HIM THE SITUATION, HE STATED HE CAN DEFINITELY HELP IN THE SITUATION AND THAT WE CAN COME IN. I WAS INTERESTED IN A 2012 PREOWNED CHEVY EQUINOX (AN CERTIFIED) FOR $10,943. I ARRIVED AROUND 8:20PM, MY MOTHER AND I LOOKED AT THE CAR. WE LOVED THE VEHICLE. IT HONESTLY WENT DOWNHILL FROM THERE. WE WERE QUOTED AN APR OF 28.9% AND MONTHLY PAYMENTS OF 368 A MONTH WITH $1500 DOWN. THE FINANCE MANAGER (THIS TALL SPANISH GUY) CAME SHOOK OUR HAND AND JUST PROCEEDED TO HAVE US SIGN PAPER WORK AND TOLD US HE WOULD NEED THE DOWN PAYMENT TONIGHT AND A RECEIPT WILL BE GIVEN( THIS IS WITHOUT SENDING ANYTHING TO THE BANK). I TOLD HIM THAT MY MOTHER WILL NOT BE SIGNING ANY PAPERWORK AND THAT ANOTHER DEALERSHIP OFFERED A WAY BETTER DEAL THAN WHAT WE ARE BEING OFFERED. HE WAS UPSET. HE TOOK ALL THE DOCUMENTS AND JUST WALKED AWAY FROM US. MEL CAME BACK AND EXPLAINED THAT THIS IS THE BEST DEAL AND DUE TO MY MOMS CREDIT THAT IS WHY THE APR IS SO HIGH. HE ALSO STATED THAT THE OTHER DEALERSHIPS I MENTIONED WERE SCAMS AND CROOKS ETC.. I WAS DISGUSTED AND DECIDED TO LEAVE. MEL SAID THAT THE CAR CAN POSSIBLY BE SOLD TOMORROW BECAUSE MANY PEOPLE WERE INTERESTED IN THE CAR, I TOLD HIM THAT IT IS FINE AND PROCEEDED TO WALK OUT THE DOOR. HORRIBLE HORRIBLE SERVICE. WHATS FUNNY ABOUT THIS WHOLE SITUATION IS, A COUPLE OF DAYS LATER, WE DECIDED TO GO TO AUTONATION NISSAN PEMBROKE NEXT TO AUTONATION CHEVY PEMBROKE. AUTONATION NISSAN PEMBROKE GAVE US SUPERB CUSTOMER SERVICE. I CALLED ONE SALESMAN FROM THE NISSAN PEMBROKE LOCATION, EXPLAINED OUR SITUATION, HE STATED THAT YES MY MOTHERS CREDIT IS NOT IN THE BEST SHAPE BUT HE WILL HELP US THE BEST WAY HE CAN. WE WERE ABLE TO COME OUT WITH A CERTIFIED PREOWNED VEHICLE WITH PAYMENTS OF 243.50, APR AT 13.9%, AND THE ONLY REASON THE PAYMENTS ARE 243.50 IS DUE TO US CHOOSING THE VEHICLE MAINTENANCE PLAN AND OTHER ADDED WARRANTY THAT AUTONATION OFFERS. 13.9% IS WAY BETTER THAN 28.9%. I WILL DEFINITELY STICK WITH AUTONATION NISSAN FOR FUTURE PURCHASING. THIS IS MY SECOND PURCHASE FROM AUTONATION NISSAN PEMBROKE AND I WAS GIVEN GREAT SERVICE AND TREATED LIKE A HUMAN BEING! I GAVE AUTONATION CHEVY NISSAN TWO CHANCES AND THEY FAILED MISERABLY. IT WAS LIKE DUE TO MY MOMS CREDIT, WE WERE SHUT DOWN FROM THE BEGINNING, NO OFFER TO HELP US FIND SOMETHING FOR APPROVAL OR NOTHING. AUTONATION NISSAN PEMBROKE ON THE OTHER HAND WENT ABOVE AND BEYOND ON HELPING US GET THE RIGHT VEHICLE AND HELPED US GET APPROVED DESPITE MY MOTHERS CREDIT. I THINK FOR FUTURE PURCHASES I WILL STICK TO AUTONATION NISSAN....NO MORE AUTONATION CHEVY FOR ME!!!!

I came in and spoke with Javier and asked how much would a major tune up cost on my 06 Chevy Equinox. He gave me an est of around $360-$380 and it should take a few hours to diagnose it, since my check engine light was on. I brought it in the next day and he wasnt there so they gave me to Oscar. He took me with no problem and explained the diagnostic cost and how it would be adsorbed if I do the work there. I dropped off my car off around 12:30pm on Friday. You guys took me home and at around 4:30pm I still havent received an update. I called Oscar and he told me that I had other vehicles in front of me but they are working on it now.I called back an hour later since I still havent received a call and he did not answer. I left a message to have him call me back by 6:30 for an update and I never received a call. The next morning I had to call again around 10am to find out what is going on since I have kids and need to know how to plan my day. I didnt hear anything for 2 hours for him to tell me the things that were wrong and that he will call me back to tell me a price when the paperwork is done. I waited another hour and a half for him to tell me what is the amount which was $200 more than the original est. The car was completed and I was called to come get it. The support staff was really nice but I constantly had to call to find out what was happening. I never felt part of the process except when you wanted my money. I dont know if I could have taken my car to someone else since my service provider didnt educate me on what was wrong.I know that I am a female but I am intelligent enough to learn and be educated on the problems that my vehicle was experiencing. I thank you for fixing my vehicle to my satisfaction but I honestly still have no clue what was wrong except that a spark plug was broken and only told because I asked if it was my plugs. Anyway as lengthy as this is, I really hope I brought some insight on my experience... that although not a terrible experience it defiantly was not something to brag about. By the reception area was great as well as the courtesy shuttle. oh and I had concern about my rear window washer fluid not working and I dont even believe that it was looked at. I looked on the receipt and it never stated that I brought it up as a concern. .

I pre-coordinated my interest in the truck I bought via the Internet, but the sales guy never got back with me after he answered my second e-mail. I was prepared to buy a truck from someone (Labor Day weekend), but your dealership had the closest one to my exact match and did not respond to any further questions I emailed. I contacted Bob Jones (Ive worked with him several times before with Nissans) at AutoNation Nissan (next door) and asked him if he could have the Chevy sales get with me. After that, I got an e-mail from your sales manager and he put together the possible deals for me, which looked like they could be okay. So,I went to your dealership to check out the vehicle and test drive it and decided to buy it after they agreed to give me an acceptable value for my trade-in. Well, it took FIVE HOURS of my life after I went through all the pre-coordination time for this truck! I have bought or leased vehicles before in about half that time, after a few calls and then going in to seal the deal. The salesman whose name is on the contract, I never met. I received no call from sales (STILL HAVENT), asking me how it was going, etc. There was a recall 2 days after I took delivery of this truck, that I found out about on my own on the news (still no contact to me on this, either)! There is an area of chipped paint on the right front fender that I spotted the first night I drove it straight home. I answered (via return mail) a paper survey, that I got in the mail, from your General Manager. I addressed these same issues to him, but have yet to hear anything from him or anyone else (other than finance) about my vehicle! The ONLY communication I have received from your dealership was the paper survey (I just mentioned) and this electronic survey. So, you have done nothing exceptional at all and no follow up by a real person. As a matter-of-fact you have not even performed to the acceptable/mediocre level of sales and/or customer service.
