I bought my car in 2013 a chevy cruise and started to have trouble with it when you push on gas it acts like its not getting gas and white smoke came out of the exhaust and when I turn my car off I get out and start to come in it tries to start on its own, take it in they said it needs a water pump so they put it on so doing same thing so then it needs plugs and wires so they have my car 2 weeks get it back same thing take it back in then it needs a oil change they said it was 2 quarts low and it wasnt we just had a oil change before the car went to chevy and I called told them that so 350.00 dollars later my car is still doing the same thing and I was finally told me unless It dont come up on my panel to say what it is they have no clue so I was charged for nothing if they would have told me this I wouldnt bother with it so now I have a car I cant take out of town because they have no clue what it is I could keep letting them change parts and I will have a new car again I bought it from them you think they could work on it and KNOW what the hell they are doing I will go back to ford!!!! I recently had a problem with my grand daughters Chevy Cruse. I took it to the dealership and explained the problem to T J. at the service department. I was told they were very busy that day but T.J. explained to me he would try and work it in. I went home and with in an hour I was contacted by T.J. her car had been fixed and I could come and pick it up. T.J. had went outside and fixed her car while he was busy with his normal work schedule. It is employees like T,J. that make me a life long customer at this dealership. Dennis s.

No service orientation, was there a year ago with my GMC Envoy to let them read out some codes - a minute job. But they refused and had no one helping me. So I could not decide leaving my car in their hands by such a rude start. And I am still kinda troubled having a GMC and such a GMC Dealer around - probably GMC is not going to be my next car again. They do not even have a own repair shop and let the repairs a third party do.

Horrible service dept this place sucks. We have insurance in our tires. So if theres any damage they get replaced my girlfriend went there to have them inspect a tire that we think has broken belt. They dont even look at it and send her on her way. Turns out the tires off balance and has a slow leak and they didnt even check air pressure. They was to worried bout. Not getting dirty seriously the service sucked

At first the experience was pretty good. They for me into a car quickly with little hassle. However, I have recently discovered that the car had been in an accident and now I know I will not get a decent value out of my car. I had asked when I looked at the car if the car had been involved in any accidents and the salesman said no. I will NEVER go back there again.

Had my tires. repaired today ; the young man at the dask was very nice and helpful . and said my tires should do just fine this time, feel like they did do it right this time _:were very courteous washing the auto is a nice thing they do for customers
