In late 2015 I was really pressed to find a vehicle. Couldnt get a loan approved at the major dealerships because my credit was crap and I knew I was going to get suckered into lemons at the "buy here pay here" places. However Taylor worked with me to set up a financial plan that, for the first 3 months, would be a buy here pay here plan, but then they took that payment history and presented it to a bank that would use it to approve for a loan of the remaining amount I owed. Now Im about 2.5 years away from paying that off at a price I can afford and my credit is being repaired thanks to that. When I asked about the car and what was going on with it they didnt bullshit me about it. They told me the minor problems that were going on with the vehicle when I asked and didnt charge me a dime if I did run into a problem with it. When it turned out that the coolant tank had a small leak they came out, filled it up, and replaced that tank for free. Granted I wish that was repaired before then, but they made up for it. I only had a couple issues with them. At the time there wasnt a way for me to pay via the internet or electronic transfer, I physically went to their office in BG to make my bi-weekly payment. Not a huge thing for me since theyre not far from my workplace and bank, but still a pain in the butt. The only other thing that I didnt like was that they didnt really communicate to me when I could pick up my plates, I had to call them proactively and ask for those. Other than that, theyre great if you need somewhere to buy a vehicle and cant do so via financing at a larger dealership and dont want to go to shady "Buy Here Pay Here" used dealership. Theyll offer a plan thatll help you repair credit rather than just take the money and run.

If I could give a "0" rating I would. Thank God I purchased an extended warranty. In less than 6 months this car has been in for major repairs on the engine and exhaust system 4 times. The tire had a hole when I purchased it--the tire light was on and the dealership had told me "that light is just stuck on, its fine." They are dishonest and the car I bought only had 45,000 miles on it--not enough to need a new starter, a new transmisson and new gas line. I will NEVER go back and I would NEVER recommend them to anyone.

They will sell a vehicle to anyone. Nice cars for a bhph but a limited choice. No trucks and only a few vans. Needs a bigger inventory
