Bought CPL used truck tires a while back. Good price, but I was told they would be balanced and were definitely not. The machine was covered with stuff and at no point were the tires out on it. I sat in my truck facing into the garage. With that said, the tires were a good price and I went to a regular garage and had them balanced for a couple bucks. I would have appreciated the honesty, but not too upset as the price for them was very fair.
