I have shopped at Premier since I lived in Kenmore. I had no idea that Abbeys even exhisted until I heard about the lawsuit against Abbeys by Premier. I have contacted many friends & family asking them to stop buying from The Big Guy, Premier & to please do all their business with abbey from this day on. Its the right thing to do by helping the little guys like uourselves have the freedom to start a business!!!! As it is, it takes blood sweat & tears when youre starting out without the hassle of a lawsuit. Way to go Premier! See you as we drive on by!!!!!

They offer a veterans discount, however if you are currently serving and just have a DOD military ID they will not accept it for the discount. I asked the manager why its not accepted, and she told me they I would have to get the Erie county ventren discount card. She was very rude, and the cashier had absolutely no knowledge of what she was actually talking about. If your a vet and or active duty this place will upset you.

PHENOMENAL selection and a very friendy staff. Even if one staff member doesnt know an answer - they will get someone that does. That sounds logical and simple but in the day and age where most answers are given as non-verbal shrugs of the shoulder, people that take pride in what they do and the company they work for is rare AND appreciated. Wanna get drunk like classy people? Premier is for you!

Excelent service Ive bought a wine and found some cristals inside. Got back to the store and the manager gave me another bottle and a free opener so I could open it at the car to test it too. There was cristals on that too, but taking a closer look, it was tartaric acid cristals, not glass witch I was affraid. They were very friendly. Sure I will be back there

Uneven enforcement of carding for those with you in the store. Ive brought my little sister in and other friends (over 21) before and they werent carded because they werent buying, but was refused the other day for having my little sister with me. I get the policy, but at least enforce it all the time so I know to leave her in the car!

Just lost money, lost my time, very bad staff (a little old woman in glasses, I can not remember the name). I would never buy anything at this place - 7980 Transit Rd, Buffalo NY 14221, and I do not recommend. Awful :(

Huge selection of liquors and wines fairly priced. They also have gourmet store with a good selection of beers. Great kitchenware, but pricey.
