I had 2 gold chains and a ring to repair. Also I had some scrap gold to sell. I found Dr. Gold Jewlery in YELP with 5 star reviews. I decided to go there and when I entered the store I found a nice, knowledgeable, honest group of people. One of gentlemen took his time and explained everything needed about the repairs with a very reasonable prices. I also started looking at their own Jewlerys and I could not believe their price on their beautiful wedding rings and almost half of the price of famous jewleries. After I came home, I found out my scrap gold were left there. I called Dr.Gold jewlery and told them and told the problem. After 10 minutes I had a call from the store that they found my scrap gold and I could pick them up when the others jewleries are repaired. I really appreciate their honesty, so I could recommend Dr Gold Jewlery & Dimond to all of my friends and family, because it is a great place to do the business.

Dr. Gold is a very professionally run store, with an attentive and knowledgeable staff. I have done business with this store more than once, and I have never been disappointed! It has a "family-run, family-pride" feeling to it that you cant find in those big chains - all you have to do is go into one of the big chains and COMPARE PRICES! Thats where youll get your first clue. Owner Tonny Sethi is a kind and patient man who will gently walk you through some of the most important purchases of your life (engagement/wedding rings, for instance), without high pressure "closing" tactics - he seems to genuinely want to make you happy. Last thing - I have known him to hold back a piece of jewelry that he knows I would love, so that I get a chance to see it before it goes out into the cases. Beautiful jewelry and watches, gentlemanly service, fairness, and great prices - why go anywhere else? Thanks Dr. Gold team!

So Ive been looking for a quality diamond that has the modern shine and "bling" with the old school classic look for a classic lady. Ive been all around Dallas and Fort-Worth and Dr. Gold was by far the best. The owner and his wonderful staff spent over an hour and personally helped me and even offered me water and such. The staff was more than helpful and allowed me to be as picky as I wanted. The respect, generosity, and assistance was the best I could find and I traveled from out of state. Needless to say my fiancé is more than happy with the diamond and the setting. I also was intrigued by all the other jewelry options this place has. I would recommend Dr Gold to anyone whether you want a sixty thousand dollar ring or a six thousand dollar you will be more than happy with the service the staff and especially the quality. 10 stars !!!

About a month ago , the clasp on my favorite necklace broke and I was so sad ! I even searched on the website where I purchased it from a few years ago , to purchase another one , but the lady stopped making them . I searched Google Maps for a jewelry repair place in my area and Dr. Gold Jewelry popped up. . . I immediately drove to the place . I gave my necklace to the man and he took it to the back to fix it . While I was waiting, another man got me a bottle of water . Everyone was SO friendly, helpful, & professional ! I was SO happy that he was able to fix my necklace . . . I almost cried tears of joy ! Thank you !

I bought a necklace from zales for my mother for Christmas and when I received it it was in pieces I repeatedly called sales to ask them to fix it and they refused without having me pay for it so I came buy Dr gold and the guys there were excellent they took my piece of jewelry and told me that they would fix it for a very reasonable price I highly recommend dr. Gold to anyone who needs to buy jewelry or get something fixed this small business has way better customer care then any of those big time Jewelry dealers like ZALES! This is by FAR the best jewelry store you will find in DFW. The owner, Mr. Sethi, is one of the most helpful and understanding persons Ive ever done business with and, as a small business owner myself, customer service means everything to me. The prices are more than fair, the custom jewelry is absolutely incredible, and the service is 100% top notch. The same piece of jewelry one could purchase from them wouldve easily cost thousands more at a big, illustrious store. Why waist your money?! Get a BETTER product with BETTER service from BETTER people for a BETTER price at Dr. Golds!!

Tonny Sethi and his team did an amazing job of turning my old wedding ring into something meaningful - a beautifully shaped cross, a true work of art. I expected something nice but somewhat ordinary - how many variations of a cross are there? I was truly blown away by Tonnys design suggestions, and even more impressed with the final product. Dr. Gold serviced an Audemar watch I found whilst thrift shopping. It had a broken crown, which they fixed rather expeditiously just in time for me to find a buyer. These types of shops are honestly a dime a dozen however what distinguishes Dr. Gold from the rest is customer service. They were incredibly amicable and turned my arduous situation into a pleasant experience. I will definitely return in the future for any repairs I need.

For the store being small they had a very nice selection and the pricing was very reasonable. They also have a layaway plan that is very helpful. Overall next time shopping stop and see.
