We left there our LG smart phone to repair the cracked screen. Beside the screen was cracked, everything was working just fine. This was 2 months old phone and the price of that phone was around $400. We paid $90 up-front. They told us will be ready really fast. They even have a post on the wall saying: "We repair phones (LG, etc.) by the time you finish your shopping". But dont ask me how many times I called them or I went to that place evenings after work to check if they are ready. Every time their answer was: - the person working on the phone is not here; - hell be tomorrow here; and - well let him know. To "repair" the phone they **stolen** $90 from me. It took them 8 weeks to "repair". They returned it back with broken on/off button. After a consultation (post-factum) with real professionals, they told us: that phone perhaps can be repaired, but itll be cheaper to buy a new one. And, the button can only be broken when you open the phone improperly. "So go there and ask them to fix it for free. Because this is their fault. They crushed the button opening the phone." ... Back there we asked them to fix the phone. They tried to lie saying something is wrong with the battery. We demonstrated them that the battery was just fine. They called the security man and told him we are rough and screaming. YES: Im screaming! Im tired of seeing unprofessional people saying they can do anything and everything for the money. - You cant put a poster on the wall saying that for you to repair a phone it takes just half an hour: "Go shopping and by the time you finished, your phone will be fixed". You need just for changing the screen 2 months!!! - You cant take a payment ahead for thinks you dont know if you can do; And... you cant ask for money for thinks you broken due to your unprofessional "work". You actually have to pay money for thinks you broken. Thats how the world is working. - If you broken customers phone that has a price of $400 and your compensation for that is $90, then you obviously do not care for the customer, you just wanna get his money. So you are money taker. Thats what you are. - You cant hide the mistakes you did, better be honest, the client will appreciate; Just let the people know you are not good at what you are doing. In fact you have no idea about this job and what it takes to do it. - Do not call yourself professional if you are unprofessional; - Do not try to warn me with the security man. Im not a terrorist, but you are a swindler and scoundrel! You are calling the client rough, but you yourself are a rogue. So, this is my first review in the internet and not only Im not gonna recommend this place to anybody, but I wish I never visited it!

I would rename this business to "Not Fast and Not Fix" Jewelry and Watch Repair. I just went to this business on Thursday, August 24th at 200pm for them to change the battery on my Gassan watch. I brought my watch in to simply have a new battery inserted into it. At first the young man started pitching me on the great program that they had to change the watch battery for my watch on an ongoing basis. I looked at him and said "no, just change the battery" for my watch. Honestly, I didnt want to hear a pitch and wanted them to simply just change my watch battery! The young man told me that it would take 1/2 an hour to change the battery. I have taken watches into other jewelry shops and normally they change it on the spot. I thought "ok, maybe they are really busy. I will just walk around the mall". A 1/2 hour later, I came back to the store and asked the young man if my watch was ready. He looked in the boxes and said yes and pulled it out and gave it to me. I gave him my charge card and he proceeded to charge my credit card. He put my watch on the holder and I noticed something odd about it. I had given my watch to them and the time on it was 12:05. The time on the watch that they were giving back to me was 12:05! My first thought was "gee how lazy is this group? They do not have the time to put the right time on my watch? That sure is awful customer service!" I picked up my watch and started to set it at the correct time of 235pm. The young man came to me and said hold on. He took my watch and brought it back to the watch repair person. Yes, they did not change the battery!!! Wow!!!! YIKES!!! The young man did not say anything and simply charged my account and asked me to sign. There was no apology or nothing. I will NEVER go back to this business. Trust is important in any business transaction. I lost respect when they did not change the time on the watch and trust when they did not change the battery nor apologize!! Maybe they had a bad day, but gee changing a battery on a watch and not doing it? In my former career, they would call this stealing. Charging and not performing a service = stealing. Do not go to this place....

Nathan at the Stonebriar location is absolutely fabulous and saved my life this past Friday. He should be promoted, his actions were customer service at its best. I have been to other locations of this chain but this will be my go to and should be yours to. The situation is my 13 yr old son bought me a necklace with his birthday money 2 wks ago costing almost $100 which was most of his money I found out after the fact. I am a widow so I dont get nice gifts anymore. Long story short I broke the necklace letting him out of the car for choir practice. Ran to the mall to Nathan very close to closing I couldnt replace the chain or leave it because my son would know and it would break his heart. Nathan smile told me not to worry and said let me see what I can do. He gently took it from me to his work area. And came back a couple of minutes later with a smile and the repaired necklace. I was so happy I could have given him a million dollars. Nathan said it was just a link and wouldnt charge me. I am a proud woman and asked 2 times to pay he said no and thanked me for coming in and told me to have a great weekend. WOW, so I felt I had to pay his kindness forward. Go to Stonebriar location if you need Jewelry fixed ask for Nathan and tell him the frantic Friday night mom with the birthday necklace sent you and said this is her small thanks.

I have been coming here for the last year or so to have my Breitling and Cartier watches worked on. The staff is very knowledgable of these watches even though they are higher end and not many place will even touch them. They even taught me a few things about them I did not know. I had my watch refurbished and it came out looking brand new. Their work is excellent beyond any other place Ive tried before. They are always polite and do the very best they can to keep me happy. I have no qualms about leaving my expensive jewelry here because I am confident it will be taken care of properly. As a small business owner myself I am happy to see people still putting their customers and quality first.
