Lovella and I have purchased a number items from Classique Jewelers over the years. They have always had an extensive selection of fine jewelry that is beautifully styled and reasonably priced. The sales associates have in every instance been very knowledgeable about each and every piece of jewelry in the stores collection .... and importantly they have in every instance directed their presentations to our questions and concerns. They have never tried to rush or pressure us into making a hurried decision. We have been particularly impressed with Debbie Koenig . She is beyond doubt one of the most professional sales associate we have ever met. On a scale of 1 - 5 Debbie is an 10. We recommend her without reservation. If you are inclined to shop other jewelry stores beside Classique Jewelers ... I would encourage you go to Classique Jewelry first and meet with Debbie Koenig. She is without question the standard by which to judge the professional knowledge, skills and sales approach of each stores sales representatives.

Today, we picked up our beautiful custom-designed and fabricated wedding rings from Classique Jewelers in Frisco, TX. The rings are simply stunning and we are thrilled with the elegant design, style, and exceptional quality of these works of art. The ingenuity and creativity involved in producing such treasures is clearly evident. We worked closely with Bob Sirios, the proprietor. Every conversation and interaction with him and his staff was very positive. They were exceptionally knowledgeable, gracious, friendly, innovative, and accommodating. My daughter wanted to get her ears pieced for her 18th Birthday. She had told me to take her any place except %*^*&&@# , naturally Bob Sirois was my first choice. I was a former Manger for Bob, at Kay Jewelers in the old Richardson Square Mall. Excellent District Manger to work for. Bob, was so kind and careful with my daughter. She is trilled !!! Had 2 batteries in our watches replaced and other Jewelry checked, cleaned and polished like new! Very professional staff. Customers where expressing how much they loved coming in there, while where checking out. They do excellent repair work,and I have know Bob for rover 35 yrs. I would trust even a family heirloom with him.

I dealt with the owner of this establishment (Bob) and I have to say this was easily the best customer care experience I have ever had! He was polite, professional, and extremely helpful. I got a custom ring for my girlfriend and I cant wait to see it. They were attentive to the designs that I wished to have done and explained how the whole process would work. He even acquired a stone that they didnt have (my girlfriend is very particular lol) at basically no extra cost. I would recommend them to anyone out there. Wonderful people and they deserve your business!!

I have done business with Classique for many years. What I really love about this place is the fact they NEVER try to hard sell me on things like a lot of other jewelry stores do. Bob Sirois is about as nice as a human being can be. It is a very low pressure atmosphere, and they do really focus on educating the consumer versus getting you to spend as much money as humanly possible. Their selection is wonderful and the prices are very reasonable. Even if I had a billion dollars and could shop anywhere, I would still probably only to to Classique!

Debbie- The BEST jewelry store in Collin County. I have been a customer for over 15 years, both for purchases and jewelry repair. Nothing is too little to receive great personal service from the owner, Bob Sirois. I definitely count on his knowledge and experience. The lines of jewelry he carries in his store are only the best and I have complete confidence in my purchases. There is no comparison between the service I receive from Classique and some of "those" chain stores. After one visit, I know you will be a repeat customer.

I have been a customer at Classique for many years. They always have excellent service even if I take my jewelry in for a quick inspection and cleaning. Recently I lost one of my diamond earrings and was devastated. Thankfully I had insurance. Bob handled the entire thing and made me a new pair of beautiful diamond earrings! I picked them up and they are exactly what I had before and I am so thankful for everyone at Classique!! I will continue to be a customer and send referrals their way.

Disappointed. Know nothing about jewlery and decided time to get ride of a few pieces. They talked me into cleaning 2 rings at $80 each and appraisals on both rings for another $80 each. I ignorantly agreed trusting they knew best amount total $260. On first attempt at resale it appears none of that was necessary and rings not worth 1/4 of what I paid them. They knew it was for resale. I feel like I was taken complete advantage of!

Classique Jewelers took excellent care of me during my recent visit. The owner greeted me personally and made me feel welcome. I went to Classique for two simple watch battery changes. Classique went the extra mile to clean my watch inside and out at no additional charge while I waited and saved me over $100.00 from what I was quoted by the watch repair place "at the mall"....what a great find!.

My wifes ring needed to be repaired (prongs on setting were cracked) and these guys were amazing. They helped explain exactly what the problem was, several options on fixing it & worked with us from start to finish. The final product is stunning, way better than the original ring (we decided to rebuild the entire ring)! Im not sure we will ever use another jeweler, ever... They rock!

They were able to fix it and gave me some good advice about the clasp:/ Then when I picked it up, they cleaned my ring for me:) The people at Classique are always so professional, kind, and courteous.
